Inside, Manatee Oasis features an open-concept design with a spacious kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living area, wet bar with island, and dining spaceperfect for entertaining and gathering after a day on the water. The living area offers plenty of comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, creating an inviting space to relax and unwind.

The home offers four well-appointed bedrooms designed for comfort and privacy. On one side of the living area, the primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool. Down the hall, two guest bedrooms, each with king beds and flat-screen TVs, share a full bathroom.

A fourth bedroom, located just off the kitchen where the formal dining room was previously, features a king bed and is paired with a third full bathroom, providing additional space and convenience for larger groups. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located off the dining area.

Step outside to enjoy fantastic outdoor amenities designed for relaxation and fun. Take a dip in the heated pool shaded by two large umbrellas, unwind on the screened-in porch with ceiling fans, or relax in the hammock beneath the Tiki hut.

For fishing and boating enthusiasts, Manatee Oasis is a dream. The dock offers power, water, a fish cleaning station, and a bait freezer, with a gas grill available for cooking up your fresh catch. Bring your boatthere's a 35-foot dock, trailer parking, and parking for up to three vehicles. With easy access to both the Gulf and Atlantic via nearby Vaca Cut, the location is ideal for unforgettable boating adventures.

This property is dog friendly so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Pet fee is non refundable & taxable. If you are booking on Airbnb ~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in total cost. The fee is based on the breed & size. Dog friendly only - NO cats or other animals. Max allowed is 2. Failure to disclose the dog and pay the pet fee will result in a charge up to $500 and asked to vacate without a refund. No cats or other animals allowed at this property.
