Lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home located on the gulf-side in Marathon. Very nicely updated and furnished with tile floors, great kitchen with all new stainless appliances, and very well equipped for those who love to cook! The house has a TV in the living room and one in each bedroom. Hi-Speed WIFI for your use.
New king-sized bed in the master, and newly remodeled master bath, queen bed in the 2nd bedroom and 2 twins in third bedroom. Washer/dryer, central A/C, fenced yard, gas grill. Great dockage with fish cleaning station on a deep canal, easy out to the Gulf and close to Vaca Cut.
Amazing new 15x30 concrete pool overlooking the canal! Pool heat is additional $200/wk plus tax.

Marathon Home

This is a wonderful property for a family or couples that want to use Marathon as a home base and do day trips up and down the Keys. It is spacious and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay!

We are so happy we rented this house for week. The pool was lovely and located in a wonderful part of Marathon with access to everything. We can’t wait to book this house again sometime.

Beautiful house

House beautiful. Very clean. Location was nice. Was cool to watch the planes take off from the airport from the back yard. Only down fall was the pool didn’t have total sun during the day. Would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic and beautiful house

They really care about this house and it is obvious. It was super clean, great location, and just overall a fantastic place to stay. Don't let the airport location scare you, it was very peaceful. That is not a busy airport, so you don't notice. Beautiful house and property. Great outdoor areas to enjoy!

Relaxing vaca

House was very nice & clean & plenty of room. Lots of parking. Enjoyed the canal, where we could fish & watch for animals. Liked that it was at the end of the canal. Only downside is the airport across the road - due to noise. The bike & hiking trail is right across the road - big plus! Jessica was a very pleasant person. It was very relaxing - there were kayaks, & grills for use. Truly enjoyed.

Great Family Home

This is a great location for a family who has a boat. Deep water canal for easy access to Gulf. Great Pool-water could have been colder..Rooms were comfortable and so were the beds. Ceiling fans in rooms were a nice touch. There were beach towels available and plenty of towels and wash clothes of good material. Large kitchen with plenty of supplies for cooking. There is a coffee pot as well as a Keurig. We did have a few minor issues but Jessica from the rental agency was prompt and handled all our concerns! She was awesome and would rent from her again due to her prompt response. You won’t be disappointed.

Property Manager will not respond to calls or text!

The house is nice, the neighborhood is ok. There is, however, no response back from the property manager when there is an issue. I paid the additional money for the heated pool and when we arrived the hot tub was not working. I called the office and was told to contact Jessica the realtor which I did and left her a message. The pool and hot tub did not work the entire time we were there, I messaged realtor again about a refund but once again I have not heard from her.

Beautiful house. Bad management

I NEVER leave reviews. But this one calls for a review to warn everyone else. I will try to make it short. We rented this beautiful home becuase it was big enough for our family. And becuase it stated to have a HOT TUB. And pool. We came from cold and wanted to be warm, so a hot tub was a must for us. You have to pay for pool heat upfront so we did. Upon arriving the pool & "hot tub" wasn't heated. After about 3 days of trying to fix the issue, pool guys finally came out to fix the problem. Directly after which a "property manager" of sort came out to the property and accused us of messing with the pool equipment to try and turn it up. She was rude. And nasty to us. Completely unprofessional to guests paying a ridiculous amount of money for this home. She let us know the pool and "hot tub" doesn't get over 88° nor was it in working order. None of this which was stated in the description. So this is not a hot tub. Only a whirlpool spa. To which they have changed their description of the property since this incident. As for the home it is beautiful. It seemed decently clean, although we found other guests clothes under beds and dressers. Pony tails. And even a shirt laying outside by the pool. So was it really deep cleaned? The pool is nice, however doesn't get a BIT of sun at any point in the day. So, 88° in the shade is fairly cold. Needless to say, we enjoyed our vacation away from the home. But I will make sure to never book with the agent overseeing this house in the future.

Beautiful home

This was a very clean home with pretty much everything you need. (Only items we wished were there; paring knives...not serated and floats for the pool...we bought one and left it there.) Others have mentioned airport as a negative...you obviously can hear planes but barely from inside and let's face it, it's not a major airport. It didn't bother us at all. The noseeums were bad so go prepared if outside at dusk. (1/2 regular listerine, 1/2 witch hazel, and two drops tea tree oil mixture will help greatly) The pool lights were beautiful and the home well maintained. Being at the end of the canal limited boat traffic which was nice. Fishing from the dock was mediocre but our grandson was able to reel a couple in. Kayaks included but couldn't put them in from the house. No big deal to us. We would rent this house again.

Great house on a canal

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean. We enjoyed the canal access. We loved that there were 2 kayaks there. The beds were comfortable. I noticed someone complained about the airport noise, but we barely noticed it. The balcony outside was great. The neighborhood seemed safe and was quiet when we were there. There were a couple of minor issues: -I did not like the check-in process. I found it annoying to have to make an additional stop to pick up the code and paperwork, especially since that information could easily be provided electronically. -The A/C does not run efficiently. It constantly runs and rarely gets to 72 degrees. They have it set to get as high as 80 in the night, so we woke up hot and had to manually get out of bed and turn it back down. -There are no food staples at all in the house. You will need to provide everything--spices, cooking oil, condiments, ziplock bags. They provide a very small amount of TP, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher soap, but it is not enough for one week so you'll need to purchase all of that stuff.
