Other Things to Note: Park City is doing construction along Main Street this summer (2024) to install new water line infrastructure. Unfortunately we don’t know their schedule of which days they are working, but there may be construction outside during the daytime hours.
Please note - the building has a central HVAC system that can only be on heat, or on cool, at any given time.
The building is on heat from the beginning of November through the end of May, and on cool (AC) from June through October.
Those dates can vary a little bit depending on temperatures, but there may be periods where you'll either need to open windows (generally April/May), or use the provided space heaters (October).
Elevation Lodges does not have the ability to change the timing of the settings, as it is a building management decision.
Interaction with Guests: Whatever you need, we’re here to help - recommendations for restaurants, activities, discounts on ski or bike rentals, and more. After booking, you’ll receive a message with tons of Park City info and our favorites!

Exceeded all our expectations! The host was extremely kind and accommodating. They provided so many great recommendations prior to our trip. The location was perfect. Right on Main Street and a short walk to the town lift. Couldn’t have been a better place to stay!
My husband and I spent 6 nights at this property and we would happily stay again! It was convenient to the town lift, shops, bars, and restaurants. The property was clean and well equipped for cooking in. And while it was fun to be able to look at on the hustle and bustle of Main Street during the day, the bedroom was quiet and comfortable. It really was the perfect spot!
We were in PC for a short stay, first time staying in town. Great location, very comfortable, and perfect for two. Appreciated the extras: tissues, kitchen supplies, coffee, water filter in the frig. Nice having those little conveniences especially when your visit is short. Would stay again.
We enjoyed being so close to everything we needed on Main Street — great area and awesome location overall! The A/C could have been cooler during the hot August days, though nighttime it was perfect. Great communication and help with an issue we had with a neighbor — we appreciated that!
This was a great condo. Clean, spacious, comfortable, right in the middle of Main Street. It had everything you could need...extra blankets, a stocked bathroom, a fully functional kitchen, comfy bed. The roof top deck was great. It would be great for a longer stay as well since it's a full sized condo. The only downside was that it was noisy at night. You are right in the middle of Main Street and with that comes the noises of the night life and the street sweepers in the morning. You cannot hear anything in the bedroom, which was great, but be aware if you are sleeping in the living room.
The property manager provided excellent communication, through the reservation process to check in. The condo is beautifully decorated, up to date, clean and in a great location. Short walk to town lift. Convenient among all the shops, restaurants and bars in the historic distance. Overall outstanding experience!!
This condo was perfect for our vacation to Park City. Staying right on Main Street was perfect. Walking distance to a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and amazing local shops. We definitely will be booking again. The only issue we had was the building had heaters running and it was toasty. Easily solved by cracking the window.
