This is our Opera House.
It is the perfect house for you, family and friends to enjoy your Santa Fe vacation. Contemporary Santa Fe style with hand plastered walls and charming vigas (ceiling beams) throughout. The center of the house is its large great room with lots of light and the Santa Fe sky, high ceilings, comfortable seating. This space will be the center of your Santa Fe experience. The gourmet kitchen is fully outfitted.

While this open concept kitchen / living / dining room is perfect for entertaining, the three bedrooms offer the perfect amount of privacy. Each of the three bedroom suites has its own bathroom and TV. This house can accommodate 6-7 people very comfortably.

This house is everything that you are looking for to enjoy your vacation
and create new memories with family and friends with elegance and comfort!!!

Location - unbeatable:
It is located just blocks from the Plaza - 5-6 blocks. A few blocks further and you are at Canyon Road or the Railyards. We live in the same neighborhood and really love it.

This home is perfect! It is spacious, well maintained and came with everything we needed for our stay. We loved that it is so close to the Plaza and other points of interest. The host was fabulous, communicated promptly and had prepared a wonderful binder filled with information and suggestions. We can sum up our stay in one word…FABULOUS!

We had an excellent stay. The home is just as advertised. Plenty of privacy for a group with nice ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen is very well-appointed for cooking. We great appreciated the Gruet welcome bubbles! We highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again. Thank you Sandra!

Amazing property and host. We had a great stay at this property! The home is incredibly spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax and spread out. It's a short walk to the Plaza and incredibly easy to get to Ski Santa Fe. A quick left out of the property and a short drive up the mountain...The host was also excellent. They were very friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property, great location. We walked several times to the plaza. Loved the beautiful finishes, including the bathroom tile. The kitchen had so many appliances—more than I’ve ever seen in a rental.

The accommodations were perfect for our family, very close to plaza, shopping, and grocery store. Host shared so much useful information about things to see, shopping, restaurants, etc. The home had fully stocked kitchen, games, TVs in bedrooms and TV with plenty of seating in main area, and large dining table. Our host was so thoughtful to leave a bottle of champagne for New Year’s Eve and sparking cider for the kids. We highly recommend this house.

Cozy place!

Beautiful and cozy place near downtown. We arrived to a bottle of champagne in the fridge and ready to rest up. The neighborhood was quiet too. My family and elderly parents were quite comfortable with everything, it was also their first time in Santa Fe. Great place to stay!

Opera House - Great Stay

The Opera House proved to be a great stay for four adult family members. Wonderfully decorated, the property's location makes for easy access to the Plaza as well short hikes. We will definitely keep this one on our "Santa Fe List."

A Very Merry Getaway

My husband and I, our 2 adult children and their spouses, and our 9 month old grand-baby greatly enjoyed our stay over the holidays. The accommodations were perfect. The location was convenient for downtown strolls, the house was roomy and clean, and perfect for spending family time. Next time we have a family get together in SF, this property will be at the top of our list!
