Very nice property with convienent walking to downtown and Canyon Rd.All other attractions seemed to be an easy 5 minute drive.Would stay at this property again.
The place is perfect! We loved having our coffee in the living room, sitting outside in the evenings with our wine and sleeping on the awesome mattresses. We walked to galleries and coffeeshops and downtown is a 5 minute drive. The location is ideal!
Fantastic host, location and furnishings!
We loved this space in a beautiful neighborhood with a short walk to Canyon Rd. Our host was very accommodating and easy to work with.
Over-all excellent experience. Easy check in. Good communication and follow up with host.Rented one of the three casitas on single lot. Small but great Kitchen with top quality appliances. Beautiful outdoor areas.3 fireplaces were decorative only.Only minutes from Canyon Rd really excellent location.Single parking space but easy street parking for second car.
Great location for a Santa Fe vacation. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. Did two great hikes just outside of Santa Fe. Casita was quiet, clean and had all the amenities needed. We would definitely return to Casa Noir.
Everything is new and beautiful, there were some quirks due to the newness but Merry was always very accessible and helpful. We would stay there again.
Upon arrival we were greeted with the smell of a freshly cleaned property. The pictures in the listing accurately reflect the property. We thoroughly enjoyed being so close to Canyon Road and so many art galleries. We will definitely return!
This property was everything we could’ve asked for and more. It was in a perfect location and Merry was an amazing host. We didn’t get to see nearly enough of the area, but we’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful setting and location to downtown and Canyon Rd. Host very responsive. Well appointed space.
The casa is very comfortable for two people. Love the decor and the location is perfect. About one block off Canyon road and easily walkable to the Santa Fe plaza. Host was very responsive before, during, and after the stay...even tho' it was a holiday weekend (Easter). I would stay here again. Beautiful place.
Perfect location for galleries, restaurants, plaza, churches, sightseeing. Clean and very well appointed 2 BR place. Sweet courtyard for morning coffee. And the beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus when traveling. Thank you, Jordan!
This VRBO was convenient to my mother who stayed nearby in a hotel and all the downtown restaurants and attractions. With 6 people (4 college students) having walkable access was important. The laundry was a huge help and it was cold enough that we could put extra drinks outside since the beautiful but tight kitchen was sometimes a challenge for 6 adults. Bathrooms were perfect with enough space and great, walk-in showers. The living space is not huge for socializing but we made it work with the open farm doors to the extra bedroom, expanding it for seating when we were all together. Any questions were immediately answered by the host and, when a smoke detector began chirping, a maintenance person arrived within 30 minutes to replace it. Everything in the cacita is stylish, stylized and curated -- enjoyable and a perfect place to use as our Christmas holiday hub!
This house and it's location were perfect for our family vacation .The owner was very helpful and answered all of our questions promptly. We would definitely stay here again .
We loved the architecture and interior design of this home. It lived up to the online photos and description. It was located just a few minutes walk from Canyon Rd. and within short driving distance of restaurants and shopping in other areas of Santa Fe. The neighborhood is quiet. There were cozy outdoor spaces to relax in sun or shade.
This property met and exceeded all of my expectations. The design, layout, and location of the property added to the quality of my vacation. The owners had thought of everything and provided the little touches that made all the difference. Everything was first-rate. The technology in the kitchen and throughout the property was up to date. The agent was responsive to questions and anticipated our needs

The property itself is in a perfect location within walking distance to the plaza. The house itself was very pretty but two appliances in the kitchen (oven and kitchen faucet) broke while we were there. The faucet issue was fixed the same day, however we were told that the oven would be fixed the following week. We had to throw away some food that could only be prepared in the oven so that was a waste of money. Other than this, the property is comfortable and very pretty.
Wow. Wow. Wow. Casa Noir is absolute perfection. The home is located on a gorgeous, tree-lined street one block off Canyon Road just 4 blocks from the square. The casita is beautifully restored with the highest end finishes imaginable. Truly stunning. Both bedrooms are comfortable, as is the living room. A dining room (complete with a kiva fireplace) has barn doors, allowing it to double as a dreamy office in case some poor soul in your group has to interrupt your visit to Santa Fe with a Zoom call. The kitchen is petite but comfortable and highly efficient. The host has thought of everything from a large assortment off Keurig coffee pods to snack bars in case your travels left you peckish. I’m not sure I’d want to cook Thanksgiving dinner for 8 in this kitchen but I would cook a full meal for 4 in a heart beat. The surrounding gardens are well designed and a shared laundry room makes Casa Noir a viable option for families or digital nomads. I can’t wait to return!
Being close enough to walk everywhere downtown was great. We enjoyed our stay and accommodations

Why they chose this property
Nestled just off the iconic Canyon Road, Delgado Street offers a quiet, charming escape in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Santa Fe. Canyon Road itself dates back to the early 1600s when it served as a rural route leading into the mountains. Over time, it evolved into the city’s world-renowned art district, home to adobe galleries, historic homes, and a rich blend of Pueblo and Spanish colonial heritage.
Delgado Street, originally part of the residential fabric supporting the Canyon Road community, still reflects its historic roots with traditional architecture and mature trees lining the narrow road. Staying here places you just steps away from centuries-old culture, fine art, and the vibrant soul of old Santa Fe.
What makes this property unique
Tucked in a quiet compound just steps from the world-famous Canyon Road, our home offers rare access to Santa Fe’s top art galleries and restaurants. The fully remodeled historic buildings retain their original charm while offering modern comfort. Surrounded by lush landscaping and private outdoor spaces, it’s a peaceful retreat in the heart of Downtown Santa Fe.
