Lovely Condo over looking golf course

Very nice condo in Palmer Ranch. Lots of amenities, super close pool and pickleball courts. Lovely clubhouse for food and bar. Easy check in and check out. Communication with the owner was superb.

Christmas get-a-way

Condo was in a great location, clean and property owner responded quickly to my emails/text. Great area to walk, very quiet neighborhood, felt very secure! No cable TV, as was listed in the description. Owner did advise me, when I asked before I booked, that she had dropped the cable and had Amazon Fire Stick and Roku TV. The three flights of stairs was a good workout, but there is an elevator if you need it. Would definitely book again.

Stoneybrook

Our month in Elaine’s condo was great. Especially since we had Hurricane Ian just before we stayed there. We never had loss of electricity or Internet while we were staying, unlike many in Sarasota. The community quickly cleaned up broken tree limbs and debris from the storm, also unlike the rest of the city. Elaine was wonderful to work with, before, during and as our stay was coming to an end. A very clean condo, with everything you need for a stay in Florida. Very friendly neighbors also, as well as a covered parking space. A great time overall.

Perfect and exactly as promised

This was ideal and exactly what we were looking for - beautifully decorated 3rd floor unit with screened lanai looking out over a fairway and small pond. Convenient to elevator. Covered parking near unit. Storage bin to park our bicyles in. Quiet. Friendly neighbors. Fully equiped kitchen. Comfortable beds and pillows. Lots of choices on TV. Easy to live in and be comfortable.

Wonderful winter getaway!

Elaine was easy to work with and always replied to us quickly. The location was perfect for golf, tennis and pickle ball. The beach was easy to get too. The condo worked out fabulously. We loved morning sunrise on the porch and enjoyed evening drinks watching the golfer’s go by. Would go back anytime.
