The villa is a part of a private community that offers a heated pool, jacuzzi, two lighted tennis courts, a picnic area with grills and a club house with a pool table. Summer vacation, fall getaway or a wonderful winter escape, you will always feel welcomed!
Updated and tastefully furnished with roomy and comfortable living spaces combining dining and living room with an attached screened-lanai - a perfect place to relax in after a day at the beach or pool. The villa includes two spacious bedrooms with lots of storage, its own washer and dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. Master bedroom comes with its own bathroom, a second bathroom is located in the hallway for your convenience.
Located in the heart of the Sarasota mainland, close to shopping malls, a multitude of culturally diverse restaurants, and plenty of entertainment for your stay. Not only is the villa close to Siesta Key, the number one beach in America, but also to a number of other fantastic and beautiful beaches.

Nice Villa, Community, and Location

White Pine Villa is very nice, clean, and spacious. Everything you need is in the unit, comfortable bed in primary bedroom, plenty of towels/sheets/pillows, and televisions in both bedrooms and living room. Roku in living room and Xfinity in bedrooms. Living room furniture was a bit worn and not very supportive, but we made it work. Hopefully will be replaced soon for future guests and comfort. Monika, property host, was quite prompt with her responses and communication either through text or VRBO website. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the villa upon check in. It’s an end unit, so there’s more windows and natural light, which is nice. Lanai faces west, so no morning sun, but great sun by afternoon. Nice view of pond from the lanai, partial view of pool, and surrounded by beautiful trees and nature. You won’t be disappointed if you stay at White Pine Villa.
