Nice fisherman's house for 4 people, located in a cul-de-sac which reaches the GR34.
Just behind the house, 100m, taking the path you will discover a magnificent panorama of the islands of Brehat and St Riom.
The Craca Mill is a 5-minute walk away.
The house is composed on the ground floor of a living room shared dining area and lounge area. Shower room / wc and storage room.
On the floor a landing reading corner and 2 rooms.
The terrace facing south will allow you to enjoy good moments of relaxation and lunch or dinner breaks.

Au top !!

Excellente location pour un couple avec 2 enfants ou 2 couples. Son calme permet d'utiliser sa jolie terrasse exterieure. Elle est idéalement située à proximité du GR34 ce qui permet de faire de superbes balades à pied (soyez bien chaussé). Très grand merci à Sylvie, notre hôte, qui est d'une très grande gentillesse. Ses conseils sur sa région nous ont également été très utiles. Nous recommandons à 100 %.

Un gîte très confortable, très bien situé!

Le gîte est très joliment décoré, très confortable. On a même pu faire du feu dans la cheminée. La petite terrasse est très agréable aussi. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, au calme. Le sentier du littoral est accessible à pied, ce qui est un plus. On peut faire de belles randonnées au départ du gîte. La vue juste derrière la maison, au bout de l’impasse , est magnifique. On voit toute la baie de Paimpol. Franchement, c’est une très bonne adresse et l’accueil de Sylvie est très chaleureux.

Ruhige Lage mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre.

Gemütliches ruhiges Ferienhaus mit fast allem, was man braucht. Der Ort selber ist nicht der Attraktivste, doch fußläufig erreicht man eine tolle Mühle mit grandioser Aussicht und im Umkreis gibt es so manche Highlights. Ausstattung gut. Es war gemütlich und ansprechend. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Logement sale,ustensiles idem,moisissures frigo et égouttoir,couvre lit taché...La gérante nous a avoué qu'elle ne vérifiait jamais après ses locataires.Ok mais il est impératif d'avoir des locaux propres surtout en cette période de pandémie.Nos remarques non pas été acceptées.Elle n'a pu que constater nos dires ,jusqu'à laver elle même,et était étonnée qu'on n'ait pas fait le ménage. On ne lui aurait pas dit, elle ne l'aurait pas su!Faut pas exagérer quand même
