Beautiful Apartment

Beautiful apartment just a short walk from the beach and old town. The apartment was well furnished, with linens and towels made available, and communication with host was excellent.

We had a lovely holiday in Antibes. This apartment was in a great location for beaches, old and new town, transport, shopping etc. The apartment was as described and was very clean and comfortable. Communication with owner at time of booking and his agent in Antibes was prompt and friendly. We would hope to return to this lovely apartment in the future and happy to recommend to others.

Overall a lovely stay here. Nice outlook & quiet street. Hosts very accommodating for example when we requested help with tv. Situated in prime location near 2 beaches, short walk to the old town, restaurants, shops in the centre, bus and train station about 20 mins away. Would recommend a stay there. Air con was good as it was hot and humid when we were there from 13th September. Large balcony but sun on it only early morning when we stayed but a nice place to sit. Overall, a comfortable apartment in a great location.

Great accommodations, highly recommend!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos! The kitchen is bright, roomy and well equipped, the bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed and pillows. The washing machine works well. The rain shower in the bathroom is very nice. If you have mobility issues the step into the shower and the low toilet might be a concern. Communication with the owner was excellent!

Great apartment in a great location

The apartment was just as great as it looked in the pics. It is centrally located right between the old city of Antibes and the beach, and less than a block from the ocean. It was also a short walk to the Center International d'Antibes where we took French lessons every day. The host was great, and was able to provide recommendations on food and activities, and even went so far as to provide a few staples in the fridge for us so we could relax in the apartment our first night there. Overall a great experience. Thanks!

Au delà de nos attentes

Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles à Antibes (quatre semaines). L’appartement est conforme à la description sur le site Vrbo: lumineux, confortable et bien équipé. L’emplacement, à deux pas des plages, de la vieille ville et des remparts est idéal. Le propriétaire (Serge) assure une présence de tous les instants et a beaucoup facilité notre séjour. Toller Urlaub

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht. Sie ist schon sehr geräumig, neu und freundlich möbliert. Die Küche bietet eine große Arbeitsfläche und im Prinzip alles, was man im Urlaub an Küchenutensilien benötigt. Der Balkon hat stets zu den Mahlzeiten eingeladen. Beim Frühstück haben wir uns an leckeren Croissants (Bäckerei Al’épi d’or, 11 Rue de la République , ca. 450 m) und an der schon angenehm wärmenden Sonne erfreut. Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Der nächste Strand ist 200 m entfernt. Drei Buslinien fahren direkt gegenüber vom Haus ab. Unmittelbar am Touristenbüro gibt es am Place Guynemer (400 m) Haltestellen von mehreren Buslinien. Man muss allerdings darauf achten, ob man einen envibus oder einen Pacabus nutzen möchte. Das sind zwei verschiedene Gesellschaften mit zwei unterschiedlichen Ticketsystemen. Es gibt jedoch Smartphone-Apps, die genau über die Buslinien, deren Fahrpläne und Ticketvarianten informieren. Supermärkte sind auch fußläufig (400 m) erreichbar. Für unseren Wagen haben wir ein 14-Tage Ticket in einem der Q-Parkhäuser (450 m) online gebucht.

Moderne Wohnung in wunderbarer Lage

Kurz gesagt: Wir haben selten in einer so fantastischen Ferienwohnung Urlaub gemacht. Neben der tollen Lage der Wohnung in Fußwegdistanz zu zwei Sandstränden, der Altstadt mitsamt seinen schönen Museen, dem Hafen und der historischen Stadtmauer passt auch die Infrastruktur. Bushaltestellen vor der Tür, ein kleiner Supermarkt um die Ecke und einige nette Restaurants in direkter Nachbarschaft. Apropos Nachbarschaft: Auch die Wohnanlage ist ruhig und gepflegt. Vor allem aber ist diese Wohnung genau so modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen. Bequeme Betten, Wasch- und Spülmaschiene und alle anderen Haushaltsgegenstände die man braucht. Alles top sauber und in tadellosem Zustand. Insbesondere den Balkon mit Esstisch und zwei Liegestühlen haben wir zum abendlichen Draussensitzen gerne genutzt. Der Kontakt mit Serge und Fabrice waren klasse, superschnell, freundlich und proaktiv. Da auch das mittelalterliche und dennoch lebendige Städtchen Antibes ist schon für sich genommen toll - aber über den nahen Bahnhof sind auch Ausflüge z.B. nach Cannes oder Nizza leicht möglich sind (günstige Zugfahrten in dichtem Takt) Also in allen Belangen: Daumen hoch!

Perfekt beliggenhed

I gå afstand fra alt. Dejligt med en kontakt bosat i byen. Vi kommer igen❤️ Lejligheden har et enkelt minus. Når den skønne morgensol skinner på altanen, kunne det være rart med enten en markise eller en parasol.

Beautiful appartment, best located!

We had a great time in this really well equipped apartment. The location couldn't be better, the flat is right in the middle of the beach on one side and the old town on the other. The flat is large and very spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and the balcony is beautiful to relax on. Serge and Fabrice were always available, although we didn't ask for anything :). We will definitely come back again! Thank you so so much!

appartement est très bien situé entre plage et le vieux Antibes avec une situation au calme. Nous avons séjourné début Aout 2022 en couple avec un ado de 15 ans. L'appartement dispose de tous les équipements et il est très fonctionnel. La remise des clefs s'est faite avec un super accueil et des conseils pour le séjour. Nous le recommandons vivement.

Komfortables Apartment in hervorragender Lage

Dieses Apartment bietet mit seiner direkten Nähe zum Meer, vielen guten Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind, und seiner ausgesprochen vielseitigen Ausstattung alles, was für einen perfekten Urlaub nötig ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Serge verlief sehr freundlich und zuverlässig, und wir wurden sehr nett von Fabrice empfangen, der uns unter anderem mit sehr guten Tipps bezüglich Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants versorgte. Nicht zu vergessen: der Kühlschrank war gefüllt mit vielen leckeren Lebensmitteln! Wir können dieses Apartment nur empfehlen und würden es auf jeden Fall erneut buchen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Antibes

Es handelt sich um eine sehr schöne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung im Zentrum von Antibes. Das Meer, die Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und die Altstadt befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Zentraler kann man kaum wohnen. Zum Bahnhof benötigt man ebenfalls nur circa 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schönen, großen Balkon auf dem man morgens wunderbar frühstücken kann. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war jederzeit unkompliziert und freundlich. Antibes ist eine wunderschöne Stadt in der es viel zu sehen gibt.

Très bonne expérience

L'appartement est parfaitement situé en bordure du vieux Antibes, très proche des plages, tout en restant très accessible en voiture. L'intérieur, refait à neuf avec bon goût, est très propre et les équipement sont de très bonne qualité. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. En plus de la chambre pour 2 personnes, le canapé-lit dans le salon dispose d'un vrai matelas confortable. Le propriétaire a été particulièrement disponible pour répondre à nos questions et organiser notre arrivée. Nous sommes très satisfaits de notre séjour en famille.
