This self catered apartment is ideal for couples, young families and golfers who want to get away from it all and experience life in a traditional Cypriot village. Situated on a stylish landscaped complex (Anarita Valley) with two split-level pools and an on-site gym, and furnished to a high standard, it is a perfect base for a holiday. Based in the lovely village of Anarita, you'll get to meet the locals in the bar and coffee shop, and can enjoy some beautiful food in one of the four wonderful restaurants in the village.The apartment has one double bedroom, but can sleep up to 4 comfortably with a double sofabed also in the lounge which is very easy to use. There is also a travel cot for those who have young children. There is an internal dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has both air-conditioning and ceiling fans to allow guests to easily regulate the temperature. There is a TV and DVD player in the apartment and a selection of DVDs available.The apartment has a large private terrace with small garden, from which there is direct access onto one of the two large infinity pools on the complex, both of which have jacuzzi areas. There is external seating for 4 people.The apartment is located in a peaceful and quiet complex, which is a mix of holiday and residential accommodation. There is an on-site gym which guests can use and a library with a wide selection of books available. The apartment also has wifi available, included in the price.

Please note the price is based on two people; a charge of £25 per week is payable when there are 3 or 4 people staying in the property.

The property was clean, key arrangements were great as was all communication with Jodie. We stayed here while waiting for keys to our own property up the road, and would not hesitate to use it again if we ever need the extra space. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

Great Appartment in Peaceful Anarita

Straightforward booking and checking in process , would highly recommend the 1 bed appartment , it has more than you require for a fantastic holiday. The complex has 2 stunning infinity pools with well maintained gardens, it is peaceful and relaxing and both myself and my son chilled out from the moment we arrived . There's loads to see and do on the beautiful island of Cyprus , yes you need a car , but get out there and explore!. Loads of tavernas and restaurants spoilt for choice. Definitely would recommend this property a gem

Nice clean handy apt, very quiet, slept very well there all the time, parking in front of the door, big supermarket 5 min drive,ideal base for visit to Geroskipou and Paphos. We drove all around the island, twice across the border, very interesting island!

Well appointed, immaculately clean, lovely complex

The apartment had all the equipment promised and more, all in working order. It was perfect for a short stay, reserved parking right outside the door. The terrace and small garden overlooking the pool was so adorable that we had breakfast there everyday and dinner on three evenings. Jodie was extremely helpful and kept us fully informed right from the original booking up to our return home. I totally recommend this property.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. Just a couple of 'hiccups': a) there should be a note in the information file that the heating/air-conditioning units have to be switched on via timer switches before the remote controls will achieve anything. Perhaps this should have been obvious, but it wasn't, never having encountered such a system before; b) having to run the taps for several minutes in order to get hot water is almost-criminally wasteful in a hot, dry country. We boiled a kettle-full for washing up or washed in cold water, but otherwise couldn't avoid the problem. This really needs to be sorted out. However, these are niggles and couldn't detract from the pleasure of our stay.

Enjoyed eating out but the village was virtually closed end of Jan/Feb. Costas on the B6 at Koloni on the outskirts of Paphos was good serving dishes on a meze basis so you could choose exactly what you wanted at sensible prices. Also Good Cypriot atmosphere. Also enjoyed Gabriel's at Kouklia again traditional Cypriot fare and welcoming.

lovely apartment in a quiet Cypriot Village very peaceful and relaxing.

A lovely apartment on the ground floor very close to the pool with everything you could need for a good holiday. This apartment is ideal for a peaceful relaxing holiday in a small Cypriot village however it is not far to drive into Kato paphos Coral bay or other areas. The apartment and the communnual areas were very well maintained clean and tidy. The parking was just outside the apartment undercover which was good because the car was cool in the hot weather. We loved being so close to the pool we could sunbathe on the many loungers that were available and just pop back into the apartment should we need anything. We were met on arrival and shown around the apartment by Doug. He was close by if we had any questions or needed anything. Would reccommend this apartment to family and friends. Olivios restaurant in the village very good food not the cheapest but worth paying a bit more for nice food.

Very comfortable, clean and spacious

On arrival we were greeted by Doug, who was very helpful and friendly. The apartment is of a very high standard in a beautiful location at the pool side, the pool is very clean and tidy. This is certainly 5star accommodation.

good apartment, no TV (only DVD), good WIFI, good terrace, good kitchen, bit of mold in bathroom, Paphos nearby, there was no cleaning in the 2 weeks we were there, apparently you have to do that youself, although there were plenty of sheets, towels etc.

We're really glad you had a nice stay and thanks for your review. We're very sorry there was a small amount of mould in the bathroom. This was caused by moisture build up so we have checked the extractor fan & dehumidified the area to ensure this is rectified. There is actually internet TV set up in the apartment. It can be a bit tricky to use so we will leave detailed instructions this summer. As is standard with self catered properties, this is not serviced during the rental period. As mentioned, there are lots of towels and bedding for you to use as well as a washing machine. Additional cleans can be arranged for a very small additional charge. The apartment is very good for holiday comfortable and clean , complex is nice and quiet, if walk in the village you will enjoy the time in there , very peaceful and relaxing, few minutes drive to the seaside, also it's a great location because you don't have to spend hours on the transfer from the airport because it's just 7min drive . Excellent holiday in Anarita!!!

Anirita Valley complex

Everything that we had arranged with Jodie was in place on our arrival. Jodie was very good with communication.which makes the holiday run smoothly. The apartment was as described, the actual complex was lovely, also, the village that it is situated in had an assorted of eateries.I would have no hesitation in recommending this holiday apartment. Easy drive into Pathos.

Linda often visits the apartment with her partner and uses it as a base to explore the island, often exploring the Akamas peninsula, Troodos mountain range and venturing to Northern Cyprus. Jodie has a young family and finds the apartment is an excellent base to entertain her two children. The pool area is easily accessed from the apartment and is ideal for children. With lots of child-friendly activities on offer in nearby Paphos and 4 restaurants in the village, there is also plenty to do out & about.
