COVID-19 UPDATE - My property manager is adhering to all the guidelines to ensure that the apt is as clean as possible, to lessen the risk of contracting any viruses.

Host was really responsive and gave very useful information. Apartment has everything you need, well equipped, two loungers probably need replacing soon but were servicable for round the pool. Nice and peaceful neighbourhood, 3 local supermarkets very well stocked and 5 mins walk from apartment. Didn't hire a car but we enjoyed the walk down into harbour and beach front and into old town. Elysia breeze is a nice bar restaurant looked newly opened and 5 mins walk from apartment. A bus stops at end of road so easy to get around.

Good size for two people. Everything supplied including pool towels. Nice big balcony - about 80 sq ft. Lift access so no stairs !!!!!

Location was in the center of Holiday estates a little far from the historic center of the city.it was very nice to be here. It was a Very nice weather and the traffic in the city. It was easy. The apartment was really nice clean Easily access. Just walking distance, we could find a good diner where We were two times that.

A Paphos apartment

The apartment was as described. Clean with all the essentials that you need . 3th floor, but there is a lift . A nice balcony to eat or just to relax. The street is a quiet one and there is a allocated parking space for the apartment.Communication with Anna was swift and she was very helpful and accommodating !

Review summary

Very friendly property manager and an amazing place. Loved every second of it and would recommend. Overall a 4 rating as the only thing that wasn't perfect was the cleanliness (there were hairs everywhere and some stains).

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and would recommend my apt. I am disappointed though that you said hairs everywhere and stains. There were no hairs as I cleaned the apt myself before your stay. The only stains are on the sofa, which is covered with freshly laundered throws. These stains were caused by guests sitting on the sofa in suncream, and I cannot replace them every time a thoughtless guest does that. I left the apt spotless so I’m thinking the hairs must be yours.

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment , everything you could need. Air con was brilliant apartment was clean and tidy. The only reason I did not give this a five was because there wasn't a lot close by however if you have a hire car this would not be a problem. I also wanted to add that Anna was really helpful with everything from booking to local guidance. We will definitely be staying here again.

Thank for a lovely review. Always happy when guests enjoy the apt as much as I do. I agree that facilities are at least 10 mins away but a bus stop is just at the end of the road and takes you everywhere for 40 cents and connects to the harbour bus station if you want to go further afield.

Very nice and clean apartement

I really liked the apartement of Anna. The kitchen had everything you need, all rooms had AC and there was a nice big terrace. If you don´t have a car expect a nice walk down the beach, but its worth (in both directions). With a car everything is quite easy, you have your own parking space and the streets around are not packed at all. The communication with Anna was very fast and helpful all the time, so I extended my stay.

Lovely 1 bed apartment

We had the best time yet again in an area we love. Anna who’s apartment we stayed in has everything a couple needs. Also on an area we know well. Local shop and a takeaway only 5 min walk too. All amenities provided and a lovely balcony to enjoy the sun in the afternoon. Spacious enough for us. There is a swimming pool and Anna has 2 sun loungers for you to use. It is only a 15-30 min walk down to the harbour area where you find water sports, restaurants and shops. We will definitely use Anna again if we return to Paphos just the 2 of us. Thanks again Anna and for always keeping in touch with us to make sure everything went well. 😊

Just back from a three week stay in this apartment. It was just as described in the property details and made a good base for a relaxing holiday. Good decoration, equipped well and comfortably furnished. Large sized balcony, not over looked and warm until the sun went down. Three medium sized, well maintained pools big enough to get a swim in or to cool down in. It was very hot whilst we were there and the air conditioning was a great feature. A small problem with the TV was sorted by Anna within 30 minutes of my text to her, excellent communication. You can walk to the harbour in about 20 minutes, there are a couple of small shops 10 minutes away and a couple of large supermarkets on the bus route. The bus stop is at the end of the road that the apartment is on, no distance at all. Book with confidence and enjoy your stay.

October 2015 stay

We had previously stayed on the same complex in 2011 and knew the area well. It is a quiet spot about 25 minutes walk to the beachfront. A local bus is available about 200 yards from the apartment which will take you to the harbour. The apartment furnishing is quite basic but more than adequate for a couple. It was as described on the website. There are no TV channels but the wifi enabled us to keep up with the outside world and there was a supply of dvd's for the DVD player. We bought Foyles War and Silk at the local charity shop which kept us very happy. We had one of the pools to ourselves every day. My only disappointment was that we could not make use of the lovely bowls rink due to the lack of bowls. You must bring your own if you want to play. The apartment is excellent value for. money.

Thanks for your review, it's good to see my guests enjoy their holiday. I don't advertise TV or bowls on the website but always bring new DVDs with me. To offer satellite TV I would have to increase the prices, but I have recently added WiFi free of charge. I've never seen anyone using the bowling green, it is a shame the bowls are not supplied, not the sort of thing you can throw in your suitcase. If anyone else asks about them I will look into supplying them and will mention the bowling green on the website.

Holiday Bliss

This was our first time in Paphos and we could not have asked for a nicer apartment. Plenty big enough for the two of us, it was spotless upon our arrival and contained everything we needed for our stay. We made full use of the provided sunbeds and 3 pools which we had to ourselves most of the time. The apartment block is very quiet and there was never any worry about groups of rowdy people. I agree with the other reviews that the bed is fantastic and having the aircon was a real luxury. We did not hire a car while we were on holiday but found we could walk down to the harbour and the old town in 30 mins. We also used the excellent bus service to explore a bit. Anna was very accommodating, quick to respond to any questions we had and recommended Stevie's paphos taxi, which we used for airport transfers and a few local journeys. Thank you! The apartment is within 20 mins walk of our favourite resteraunt "7 St George's Tavern" a family run place with no menu serving Mezze, we can't recommend this enough. Also in the old town is "Laona" were we had a 3 course meal for 2 with wine for £40 This is the perfect base to enjoy paphos from and we will stay here again.

One bed apartment

Top floor apartment but students live below. Their music was deafening! They did turn it down when asked but I found it aggravating, and did not enjoy having to confront them, albeit, they were nice young men. You really need a car to get the best out of the area. There is a bus stop nearby but waiting around in the heat , or walking to the beach from that location was not pleasant. Owner responded quickly and professionally. Apartment was adequate but basic! WiFi was good. Would I do it again, probably not!

Sorry you feel that way Gill. There are no students under me, a lady and her son live there. I think every apt complex will have some noise, but “deafening “ seems a bit over the top. I do advertise that it’s a 20 minute walk to the harbour, but I take on board your comments and will supply timetables for the buses so my guests can make their own decisions. I don’t feel that the apt is basic, it is very well equipped, you would have been better booking a much more expensive luxury apt.

Great Appartment

We stayed at this apartment for 3 weeks, it was a great location, very homely and quiet. My brother slept on the pull out sofa which was comfortable but the curtains in the living room are not thick enough to block out the sun.

Brilliant week in the sun!

Easy to find despite taxi drivers not knowing where it is. Walk to the harbour is a good stretch! Don’t do it at midday or in the early afternoon. Apartment very well equipped. Easy walk to Elephant Kiosk for essentials. Quiet residential area. Would not have known we had neighbours. A very good place to wind down.

Everything was perfect!

The property was so lovely and homely, coming from the UK it felt like home and was so clean and tidy. Had everything we needed, shower worked perfectly at a range of temperatures, lots of little kitchen bits already supplied which is so helpful. Communication with the owner was spot on, very helpful and went out of her way to make us feel confident even travelling to the country in this strange COVID consumed time. The property is in a great location, only a short car journey to the best listed beach in the area, walking distance from a lovely seafront area with restaurants and lots of shops. Overall it was a very very pleasant stay, we will definitely be returning in the future!

Pathos February 2020

Overall a very pleasant stay. The accommodation was perfect for a couple (myself and my wife) with all equipment required to cater for a couple of weeks. Plenty of spare linen and blankets were available as the night time temperatures were a little chilly. Directions to the apartment were easy to follow from Paphos airport and all communications with the owner could not have been better. Overall a very pleasant stay in a very clean well presented apartment which was only 20 -25 minutes walk from the main part of town.

Fabulous Comfortable Apt, Perfect Holiday

Really enjoyed this stay. Apt was spotless, newly decorated, new bedding and towels, huge bed, soft pillows,contained everything I could ask for, couldn’t ask for more. There was even a welcome pack. You can tell the owner Anna looks after it and no doubt spends a lot of time here. I loved that it had free WiFi, TV and even catch up TV. The location was really good, quiet, but a short bus ride from everything, I didn’t hire a car as I like to walk and found everything within a 5 min walk that I needed, with the harbour, mall and beaches a nice 15-20 min walk. but did hop on the bus occasionally, the stop was just at the end of the road. Communication with the owner Anna was excellent from start to finish and she went out of her way to make sure I had a fantastic holiday. Will definitely stay here again, and recommend it.

Very old furnishings and not clean

Throws cover an already heavily stained sofa Crockery and silverwear was dirty on arrival. No basic welcome pack - not even a bottle of drinking water. This place needs investment to be value for money- old towels and bed linen

I am sorry you felt you had to give me such an awful review when you actually asked to stay again for 3 months next year but I couldn’t accommodate you due to a previous booking from a guest who has stayed before and loved it. The bedding as you know was new and plentiful and I responded to every one of your requests immediately. I am saddened that you felt you had to write this as I know it wasn’t true as I had stayed in the apt the day before you arrived and had thoroughly cleaned everything. I am sure my next guests will leave a much more honest review.

I bought the apt as a little corner of sunshine to relax in when I get a break from my two stressful jobs. I work 2 weeks a month as a nurse in A&E, and 2 weeks as cabin crew for the airlines.
The apt is in a lovely quiet area within walking distance from everything which allows me to do as much or as little as I want. My teenage son enjoys spending time there as well, as there is always plenty to do.
I fly out as often as i can with my husband, who also works very long hours, and it gives us a chance to recharge our batteries and just relax with each other in a perfect setting.

Why they chose this property

The area is very quiet with easy access to both the harbour and the old town.
There is a circular bus route which stops two minutes walk away going to the beaches, night life and harbour, which connects with the rest of Cyprus.
Everything is also an easy 15 minute walk away if you feel like some exercise.
I love the area as it is beautiful and stressfree. Everyone is very friendly, the food is gorgeous, weather fantastic, surroundings clean and well kept, and near to beaches, harbour and mountains.
A little piece of paradise.

What makes this property unique

The apartment has a lovely large balcony bathed in afternoon sun until sunset, perfect for breakfast, afternoon drinks and that after dinner glass of wine when you just want to stay in and enjoy each others company.
It is a 5 minute bus hop to the harbour,and is set in pretty well kept gardens, with 3 small pools and plenty of rom for sunbathing.
There are two kiosks 5 minutes walk away, and a fantastic local restaurant 10 mins walk away.
The apt itself is beautifully set out, nicely decorated, and has a lift.
It is in a small block so quiet as there are only 3 apartments on each floor.
