Total renovation 2018, rarely rented, 2100 square foot southeast corner unit with large wrap around balcony and views galore. Renovated floor to ceiling with new flooring, paint, new hurricane sliding doors, new cabinets with new Samsung appliances, and all new furnishings. Within one hour from Orlando International Airport, Kennedy Space Center, Universal Studios, Sea World, and just over an hour to Walt Disney World. So much to see and do, and wake up to a direct sunrise at the beach every morning! Sand Dunes Condominium is a well kept, very clean complex of 38 units, with under building parking and heated pool. Pets ok, must be approved. MINIMUM 30 DAY RENTAL ONLY PER HOA.

Perfect in every way

After staying 5 weeks in this wonderful condo we really didn't want to leave. Scott is awesome to deal with. We would definitely want to rent this place again if we come back to this area.

Amazing Condo

I highly recommend this property. The condo was beautiful and was in close proximity to the beach and sites. We stayed several weeks and had a wonderful time. Scott, our host, was great. We had a few questions and he responded within minutes. I cannot say enough how much we enjoyed the time.

Sand Dunes Delight ☀️

Beautiful, newly renovated three bedroom, 3 bath condo with laundry room directly on Cape Canaveral Beach. Open high-tech kitchen, eating, and living space was full of light. Third floor wrap-around balcony provided delightful views of the ocean and beach activity - from the Cocoa Beach Pier to Cape Canaveral. Perfect beach for walking in addition to all beach and wind activities. Owner was a text or phone call away and most receptive. Our French Bulldog was welcomed. The heated pool was heavenly. And a garage parking space complete with beach "toys" came in very handy. We hope to rent again.

Beautiful property with stunning views!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property for 1.5 months. It was very clean and even better than what we expected from the pictures. The modern furnishings, spacious layout, and amenities made it very comfortable. The location was perfect and we even got to see a couple rocket launches! Watching the sunrise from our balcony was a great way to start the day! The owner was very accessible and responsive. I would highly recommend it!

Has everything you need. Fab view great furnishings and lots of space. Modern upscale kitchen. Panoramic views. Sorry we had to cut our stay short by 37 days because of concerns about the Virus with everything closed down....
