About this property
Hua Hin New, modern and luxurious villa
New villa of 153m2, with quality services, with large pool 8 * 4m, all the necessary comfort and more.
Outside we have the pool, a covered terrace with lounge and table, a sala with sun loungers, a shower and toilet. The interior consists of a large living room with a modern kitchen, two large guest rooms share a bathroom with shower. The master suite has its own bathroom and dressing room. The windows are all equipped with mosquito nets, each room has air conditioning and a fan.
The construction was completed in August 2019, the villa is actually in perfect condition and relies on respectful tenants.
Water and electricity are to be paid in addition to check out, at a rate of 5 Baht / kWh and 40 Baht / m3.
The villa is in a secure residence with guard and cameras. Pool maintenance is done twice a week.
