Die Wohnung befindet sich in idealer Lage, sehr zentral und mit wunderschönem Panoramablick auf das Meer, jedoch sehr laut, da sie in einer stark befahrenen Verkehrszone liegt. Das Bett entsprach nicht dem Angebotsfoto (Queen-Bett) und war nur 1,40 m breit. Die Wohnung hatte keine Internetverbindung( laut Inserat sollte vorhanden sein ) und der Fernseher hatte nur französische Sender; nicht geeignet für internationale Touristen. Der Parkplatz war ca. 250 m vom Haus entfernt. Die Klinke der Eingangstür zur Wohnung war kaputt und konnte von außen nur mit dem Schlüssel geöffnet werden. Bei einem Durchzug schloss sich die Tür von selbst und wir blieben draußen, weil die Schlüssel in der Wohnung gelassen wurden und die Türklinke nicht funktionierte. Wir hatten den Besitzer mehrmals telefonisch kontaktiert, aber er war nicht erreichbar, also hatten wir zum Betreten der Wohnung den Griff von außen entfernt und repariert, damit wir die Tür öffnen konnten. Aus all diesen Gründen hatten wir die Wohnung einen Tag früher verlassen.

Nous sommes très surpris par votre commentaire.
Pour la serrure, la porte était avant votre arrivée en très bonne état de marche.
Le problème est que vous avez oublié vos clefs à l'intérieur quand vous êtes parti de l'appartement et vous avez pris la décision de démonter la serrure sans notre autorisation pour pouvoir rentrer de nouveau dans l'appartement. Nous vous avons contacté à deux reprises quand le problème s'est produit en vous disant que notre fille allait venir vous dépanner avec un autre jeux de clés alors qu'elle vous avait prévenue le jour de votre arrivée qu'il fallait prendre les clés sur vous car la porte ne s'ouvre que de l'intérieur par sécurité.
Vous êtes le 7ème locataire depuis le début de la saison et vous êtes le premier à vous plaindre de ce problème ainsi que du parking et de l'internet. Quand au lit, je vous ai envoyé un mail avant que vous arriviez vous indiquant la grandeur du matelas neuf.
Vous avez laissé un appartement sale.
avec des coulures de sirop dans le réfrigérateur et dans l'évier et je ne vous parle même pas du reste.
On ne vous a jamais indiqué que la télévision devait avoir des chaines internationales ! Concernant le parking, il est indiqué dans l'énoncé de l 'annonce que celui-ci se trouve dans une autre résidence à 150 mètres de l'appartement.
Nous avons eu des Roumains et ces personnes ont été ravies de séjourner dans cet appartement !
Je tiens à vous signaler que vous êtes parti le jour ou vous deviez partir (9/09/2021) et non pas un jour avant.
Merci de ne plus jamais nous solliciter pour cette location.

Vue superbe
Un appartement à la hauteur de l annonce, qui offre une bellevue sur la mer, certes bruyant mais dit dans l annoncé. Accessibilité facile à la plage et au centre. Menton est une ville propre et bien entretenue.

Appartement très agréable
L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et lumineux avec une très belle vue mer dans toutes les pièces.
De plus son emplacement est idéale, tout est à proximité ( Plage, gare, ville, supermarché, frontière Italienne)
Nous avons eu un très bon accueil et des hôtes à l’écoute des que nous avions besoin.

séjour agréable
appartement agréable dans lequel on se sent à l'aise de suite, beau balcon donnant dans toutes les pièces face à la mer, le seul point défavorable le bruit jour et nuit mais on s'y fait.
