3 Bedroom Townhome with Heated Pool!

In a quiet location about 10 minutes from downtown St. George and a beautiful 45 minute drive to Zion, you will have this entire 1,500 sq ft home all to yourself! TV service, fast internet, 2.5 baths, stocked kitchen, full access to the hot tub and heated pool, walking trails and mountain biking right out the front door. You'll also find hundreds of great restaurants and activities just within a 10 minute drive. This is an entire home with 3 bedrooms upstairs, one of which is a master bedroom with a queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed, and its own bathroom and the other two bedrooms share the other bathroom upstairs. On the main level you will find a kitchen with just about everything you need, a living room, a half bath, and laundry room. An attached two-car garage is also available for your convenience.

The townhome is a wonderful 3 bedroom in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to biking and hiking trails, St. George, state and national parks. The beds are very comfortable! There was plenty of parking and the garage was large enough for our bikes and a car. The kitchen and pantry needs a deep clean and updated cookware. We didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool facilities; however, the area looked nice. The host was very responsive and corresponded prior to and during the stay.

Nice condo Nice area

Great location and really enjoyed staying here. Plenty of room for our family with enough space for everyone. Heated pool within walking distance and plenty of lounging chairs. Only suggestion is that the kitchen needs more plates and cups. There were only 3-4 small glasses and maybe should have some plastic tumblers for children to use.

The place was in a great location and generally clean. It could use a bit of a furniture refresh to some more comfortable living room furniture and the tv was not able to stream most streaming apps, so that was a bit disappointing. But overall it was clean and in a nice community and a met our needs.

Very beneficial

Everything from restaurants or grocery store were 5-10 minute distance. Very easy to communicate with Tyler the owner, with a quick response always. I would definitely go back again. My kids loves the pool as it was walking distance.

Beautiful and clean

We were only here 1 night, but the house was nice and clean. Only recommendation would be to provide more blankets on the beds and have more toilet paper and paper towels stocked. It was convenient to have the garage to park in.
