In the heart of the coolest neighborhood in the world (source Lonely Planet 2017) Oltrarno. In a splendid 17th century building, first floor with lift, just finished renovating with luxury materials. It consists of entrance with living room with sofa and smart TV, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, sink, kettle, toaster and all the accessories for a meal), dining table. The first bedroom is a suite with double bed, dressing room and private bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower, a second bedroom with double bed, another complete bathroom. Washer and dryer, AC, heating and latest generation wifi make this apartment particularly pleasant. Although the life of the neighborhood is noisy at times, this apartment has windows in a small street and in an internal courtyard avoiding annoying noises. In the neighborhood you can find any service, the neighborhood market in Piazza Santo Spirito is very characteristic. All the main monuments are just a few minutes away on foot.

Great location with plenty of restaurants and pasticcherias close by. Within walking distance of most areas of interest. Apartment was clean with limited paper supplies as I guess one would expect in an apartment. Very friendly hosts.

Excellent location. Clean and spacious. However, it was noisy at night from other residents of the building and street traffic outside. The hosts were not very communicative once we checked in. I was disappointed they didn’t respond to my question about check out.

Our family of 4 loved this apartment! Spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet space, great showers, and a large living area perfect for family games. The neighborhood was perfect and we were able to walk everywhere for eating, shopping, and site seeing.

Great apartment in a great location

We enjoyed staying in David‘s apartment with our two grandsons, aged eight and 12. Plenty of room for all of us, all modern amenities worked well. Great location, not yet taken over completely by tourists, but an easy walk across the Ponte Vecchio to the main attractions.

Fantastic apartment and location

This is a great apartment for a group of adults planning to spend most of their time out and about. Santo spirito is accessible quickly to most a sites with a short walk. Lots of excellent restaurants to choose from make this also an excellent choice. David was extremely helpful at checkin.

Wonderful apartment in an amazing city!

This was our first time visiting Florence as a family - the apartment was exactly as advertised. The property management team were responsive and polite, check-in and check-out was super easy. Art Apartment is beautiful, clean and just as advertised

We loved staying in this apartment in the Spirito neighborhood. Convent to sights and restaurants. Traffic is tough but drivers had no problems picking us up. Very quiet. Grocery store just downstairs.
