The view is magnificent and the location is soothing. Located between the ground floor and the 1ᵉʳ floor and measuring 30 m², it can accommodate up to 2 travellers. It comprises a large, bright living room, an office area, a kitchen and a shower room. Bed linen and towels included - we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
- A bright living room with double sofa bed, coffee table, TV, desk area with chair and wardrobe.
- A fully-equipped kitchen area with fridge, extractor fan, hob, coffee machine, electric kettle, etc.
- A shower room with shower, mirror and WC.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher.

The flat is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby pay car park (Carmes).
