There is a very well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Laundry room, 2 big-screen smart TVs with satellite, high-speed internet, & cell service with both Verizon and AT&T.

The loft with the queen-sized bed also has a game table that can be used for poker or bumper pool.

Easy access just off a state-maintained paved road, and Just a short drive to the many waterfalls, the Appalachian Trail, and many other favorite hiking spots, and just minutes to Downtown Franklin or Highlands, for shopping, or enjoying a craft beer at the many local breweries and resturants. Plus, it's an easy drive to Cherokee, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. There is so much to do that you will not have time to do it all, or just relax here with the peace and quiet in your home away from home.

The property has one exterior camera placed under the porch looking out at the parking area. This video footage is not shared and in no way infringes upon the guest expectation of privacy in this public area of the property. There are no other cameras on the property.
