This newly built three-story home offers high end amenities, and upscale furnishings. Just off of Liberty Street, you will feel like a local in the Downtown Historic District. Just a few short steps up to the main level, guests will enter into their new home away from home. The main level offers an inviting living space where guests are welcomed to join together, chefs kitchen, and a formal dining area. An additional guest can be accommodated with the twin memory foam sleeper ottoman in the living room. Conveniently placed, your guests can use the half bath on the main floor. Off the dining room, step out onto your back porch for a morning cup of joe with views of your private plunge pool, and the cathedral in the distance.

After sending your luggage up via elevator, the third floor consists of two primary suites, each fitted with an en suite bathroom, and sophisticated decor. Both bedrooms are fitted with a television, and large walk-in closets perfect for storing belongings. Just between both rooms, guests can take advantage of the full-size washer and dryer.

Making your way downstairs, ground level living is a great option for guests or family members that have mobility issues. The garden apartment offers modern amenities, such as a full kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, dedicated dining space and large kitchen island perfect for serving. The living room can accommodate two additional guests on the sleeper ottoman, and sleeper sofa. At the back of the home, a roomy bathroom with a tiled shower and tub combo. Just down the hall, the queen size bedroom with views of the private courtyard.

Private Parking: Guests can take advantage of the private garage, that accommodates one small/mid-size sedan. Nearby parking is on-street and non-metered, although guests will need to be aware of the posted sweep zone signs.

Great space for family with kids.

Three levels with separate kitchens gave space for adults and children. Full bath for each bedroom was convenient for all. Smart set up for VRBO.

Beautiful, charming and great location!

We enjoyed our stay here! The property was beautiful, clean, and convenient to downtown and lots of places that were walkable. Convenient to some eating places and the cathedral. It was perfect with the downstairs for my elderly parents and my husband and I and our two adult daughters stayed in the bedrooms on the third floor. With a garage and pool as a bonus it was perfect! Will definitely stay here again!

Best place to stay

Home was beautifully decorated and maintained. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. It’s perfect for two families or big groups. You have a complete garden apartment, with main home upstairs. All floors are accessible by an elevator. It has a very nice hot tub/splash pool in the private courtyard. There’s a garage right behind the property for off street parking. We would definitely stay here again.

Individuals could have privacy in the lower level but the group could still be together on the main level. The elevator was great. One of our group had a recent knee replacement so elevator was greatly appreciated. The only concern was the hot tub. It took two days to heat which cut down on our useage. It would have been nice to have it warm when we arrived. Garage was small but it was nice to have a secure place to park. Management was very helpful. They were prompt in dealing with a television issue.

Lovely Liberty Slumber Party

A separate unit for kids to play if needed with a separate entrance. Another upstairs for adult parties. You know rather or not Savannah local person cares about you if they leave you good ice to make a drink. Indeed Lucky rentals pulled through. A bag of Parker’s crunchy ice was in the freezer awaiting a perfect drink upon arrival. The devil or as I God as I like to say is in the details.

Beds were comfortable, water was hot, and linens and towels were soft and clean.Just a watch out for younger families- The garden level floor and bedroom are only accessible by elevator on the inside of the home (no indoor staircase) and by the outdoor staircases to the front or back door of the main level. Was not ideal for the stay with our younger kids, but we made it work. Garage is pretty narrow and a very tight fit for larger SUVs (width), but very long. We did not move the car during our stay! Location was great! We walked everywhere. Most everything we wanted to do was within around a 1/2 mile walk. The plunge pool/hot tub was great after a full day of fun around the city! A great stay, and we would stay again.

The plunge pool was a welcome amenity and was a little bigger than we anticipated. The garage parking off-street was nice, but we had some trouble finding exactly which door it was, and it was sort of tricky fitting our Expedition Max into it. Parking extended length SUVs will require some patience. The heat (July) was the only thing that kept us from being able to walk everywhere.

This was a vacation for me and my wife and our two adult children.Pros: -It’s a newer home made to appear like a historic home but with updated features.-The furniture and home are higher end and clean.-The home is centrally located in the historic district so you can walk to most sites.Cons:-There weren’t many dishes and the ones we had were dirty.-My son got stuck in the elevator for 15-20 minutes.-The freezer doesn’t cool properly so don’t buy any frozen goods. We bought ice cream that was inedible.Overall the home was very nice except for a few details.

Great location for a good price

We loved this place! It’s very clean and well run. There isn’t maybe the same flexibility with check ins/check outs that you get with a smaller owner (this is a larger property owner), but they are responsive and easy to work with

lovely home in great location

It's a beautiful property in a great location. The plunge pool is a extra bonus. The beds are very comfortable. It was not an issue for us, but understand the access between the two units is either to go outside or use the elevator, there is not inside stairway between the two. It was very convenient to enter the lower unit and then be able to use the elevator to take the bags to the 2nd and 3rd floor. We had an issue with door codes on arrival and the management company took care of it right away. They were also nice enough to hold our bags at their office on our departure date until we had to leave for the airport. I would certainly not hesitate to stay at this property again.
