The villa, on two floors, can accommodate up to 10 guests (plus a child) and consists of a large living room, a super-equipped eat-in kitchen, an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a utility room. Upstairs, a delightful and bright living room with a double bed, a bedroom and a bathroom.
The villa is intended for the exclusive use of guests who book, without anyone else.
The finishes are luxurious, studied in detail and made with quality materials. The villa is very comfortable and complete with all ancillary services and all the comforts and is fully air-conditioned. In front of the property a characteristic and beautiful outbuilding (open space) defined by the kind guests as "SUPER", a wonderful real home that offers the opportunity to enjoy excellent aperitifs, have lunch and dinner quietly, spending days in total relaxation as it is equipped with everything. The exclusive swimming pool offers moments of fun and relaxation and is equipped with sunbeds and deck chairs. We can only wish you .... have fun! Up to 6 guests will have the Villa at their disposal on the ground floor. Guests who wish to use the upper floor for their convenience or for any other reason, even if there are 6 of them, will have to add a supplement of € 100.00 per day and will have the entire apartment on the upper floor at their disposal.
The Villa is never shared with other guests. The guest who books has the entire property available for HIS EXCLUSIVE USE, both in 2 and in 10.
