Appartement très bien situé, à 200 mètres de la plage et des établissements. Parking en dessous de la résidence. Appartement très bien équipé pour un sejour en famille . Très propre à notre arrivée

Das Appartment hat eine gute Lage in einem der Domingo Häuser. Strand, Supermarkt, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Es hat eine rustikale Ausstattung. Die Kitchenette mit zwei Platten war für uns ein bisschen klein, da wir sehr gerne Kochen. Ansonsten ist soweit alles in der Küche vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, etc. Und sehr gute Pfannen. Sogar ein Grillofen, der war noch Original verpackt und wir haben ihn nicht aus dem Schrank geholt.Es wird für bis zu 6 Petsonen angeboten - das sollte man sich aber gut überlegen, denn dann geht es schon sehr eng zu. Wir waren zu Zweit und haben daher das 2. Schlafzimmer nicht benötigt. Dieses verfügt über ein breites Bett (140) und ein Stockbett - dazwischen sind ca. 40 cm Platz. Ist also eher was, um Kinder unterzubringen.Das Gebäude ist schon etwas älter und daher ziemlich hellhörig. Der Ausblick über Empuriabrava bis hin zu den Bergen ist herrlich und bietet schöne Sonnenuntergänge. Wir können die kleine Bar unten im Gebäude empfehlen - sehr nette Betreiber und das Essen ist sehr gut.Parken war kein Thema. Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz in relativer Nähe gefunden. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Er war immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Autant l’accent avait été mis sur les nuisances sonores extérieures par le propriétaire ( pourtant inexistantes à cette époque de l’année ), rien ne nous laissait supposer que de telles nuisances pouvaient gâcher notre séjour quand nous étions présents dans l’appartement. En effet, tous les bruits traversent les cloisons aussi bien horizontalement que verticalement…discussions à voix normale, meubles bougés, découpe d’aliments sur planche ad hoc, chasses d’eau, bruits de pas, portes claquées, sans compter les innombrables aboiements de chiens des voisins. De jour comme de nuit. Qui plus est, le quartier de l’immeube Santo Domingo V est devenu mal famé selon le témoignage de résidents. La lunette arrière d’un véhicule appartenant à un toulousain a été pulvérisé, on m’a subtilisé le balai d’essuie-vitre arrière. Bref nous avons failli quitter les lieux au bout de 3 ou 4 jours…

Bon emplacement

Bien situé. Proche de la mer comme indiqué. Supermarché au pied de l’immeuble. Niveau insonorisation, ce n’est pas le top mais c’est les constructions espagnoles qui sont faites comme ça. Dans l’appartement, il y a tout ce qui est décrit dans la description.
