If you have ever dreamed of California Living… This is it!! This is the ULTIMATE beach house with an exceptional oceanfront lifestyle. Located in the coveted Sunset Cliffs area, with an oceanfront view of crashing waves and seemingly endless ocean views. This luxurious home is a place of magic in one of the best spots in Southern California and has one of the most dramatic ocean views in all of San Diego. Plenty of oceanfront hiking directly from our unit.
We are located less than a mile from downtown Ocean Beach, a relaxed beach town with plenty of restaurants, shops and one of San Diego's finest and largest farmers market. 5 minute drive to Sea World, 20 minute drive to San Diego Zoo or downtown San Diego.

The best!

An amazing place to stay! Seriously the best of OB. The location, the view, the property and the Nolan's made this trip so amazingly awesome! Our family would definitely recommend this property. Plus, the Nolan's are extremely kind people. Love this rental!

Incredible!

This condo was hands-down the best rental I've ever booked! Not only was it essentially hanging over the ocean with the best imaginable views, but the interior was spotless and comfortable, and it was in an incredible location. Rick and Julie are such gracious hosts. I was here with a business partner for a conference, and it was such a JOY to come back to this place every night. I'm already planning my next stay!

Beautiful beach apartment

We really enjoyed this apartment and the sound of the waves crashing on the cliffs. A wonderful, relaxing, renewing time. We really hated to leave. The kitchen is very nicely appointed. with everything we needed to cook family meals. Great coffee maker and coffee.

Perfect getaway

I booked this with my husband for our babymoon and everything was perfect! We got much needed rest, so many things to do near by. The entire place was very clean-thank you so much for the complimentary snacks, coffee, water and ice! It was very much needed especially being 8 months pregnant. Loved the soft throw blankets and extra pillows. Instructions were very thorough and clear. We were lucky to get beautiful weather during our stay and enjoyed watching the sun set every night.

Perfect location, amazing views, excellent accommodation

We went for a long weekend and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in this super clean and well maintained property. The views of coast, crashing waves & open ocean from our couch could not have been more amazing. At high tide you can feel some of the waves from inside. This building is literally on the edge of the Pacific! We saw some dolphins go by and some distant spouting of whales and surfers nearby. Communications from Rick were clear & concise and he was super friendly and accommodating! This building is in a quiet residential neighborhood but walkable to a breakfast place and the sunset cliffs park within a short distance and about 3/4 mile walkable to Newport Ave & Ocean Beach with lots of great restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed Breakfast Republic and South Beach grill. You are convenient to so many restaurants and shopping areas, airport, marinas, SeaWorld, Gaslamp district, LA Jolla & Mission Beach. Although we ate out for all our meals, everything needed was there to cook. A combo keurig with both a pot with filter and kcups. Ice maker & dishwasher in kitchen. Even had some smaller Yeti type cups. No central heat or air but 2 nice space heaters with thermostats & a box fan as well as ceiling fans in bedrooms. Bathrooms well stocked with large pump bottles of Dove shampoo & conditioner and Suave body wash in shower. Good water pressure for my thick, longish hair. A shared washer & dryer in laundry room off the patio. 4 car garage with individual garage doors with an assigned garage & opener provided for car. This is a 6 unit building owned by 1 family. All units are remodeled or being remodeled currently with all updated new kitchens, flooring and furniture. The courtyard is shared with grill, dining table w 4 chairs and a 4 piece wicker patio set w cushions. 2 units have their own large patio & deck space. This unit had an amazing view from just sitting on the couch straight down south coastal cliff line and out to open ocean. The 2 units with private patio & deck have 180° views open ocean and both North & south coast. Most of Rick's clients are repeat visitors and there is definitely good reason for this. We will definitely be back! For perspective we live on a beach on the Chesapeake Bay with wide views of dolphins from front of our home and a large channel with our boat in backyard. Just to say we are very picky about our accommodations and views when we are on vacations and this place satisfied our requirements plus!

A wonderful view and lovely apartment

We loved our stay. The view is incredible - right on the ocean with great sunset views. The apartment is lovely, super clean, and well equipped. The owner was very helpful and friendly. It was a great rental in all ways.

Amazing Stay in Ocean Beach – Views for Days!

We had the best time staying at this Ocean Beach spot! The location couldn’t have been better—right across from the water with incredible ocean views right from the sofa. We spent many mornings and evenings just relaxing and watching the waves.The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a laid-back beach getaway. It was also a great home base to explore San Diego—we were a quick drive to places like the zoo, downtown, and La Jolla, but always looked forward to coming back to the chill OB vibe. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for ocean views, good energy, and easy access to all that San Diego has to offer. Thank for a great stay!

Great Location

This was a great location with a garage for parking. The condo was great for our family of 4 due to the proximity to all things in San Diego and the views of the beach.Not being from California it was surprising that there was no AC and I wasn't prepared for that, but they did provide fans in every room as well as additional fans. Owners were great and accommodating to us moving from one location to another in the middle of the stay!

From the moment we walked in we were very impressed! This place is very cute, clean and cozy. The beds were phenomenal, which makes a huge difference, especially when you are listening to waves crashing all night long, while sleeping! I can’t thank Rick and Julie for a fantastic time as we were celebrating seven years of being cancer clean for my brother!! So this was a very important trip for us! Opening the doors to a beautiful view and listening to the waves and the location were perfect! It was very easy to get around to the beach, restaurants, and Uber anywhere needed if you don’t rent a car, which we did not. Even though we did not get to see a sunset due to cloudy weather, it was so worth it! Thank you once again for your hospitality and opening up your beautiful home to us! Hopefully we will be back at some point!! Renee and Ron 😊
