About this property

Your Luxury Condo On The Ocean - Where The Sun Sets In San Diego - Central Air

This is an ocean front condo. We also own the property, in the same building, that is right next door (VRBO/Home Away # 572846). We initially bought this property so we would have a place on the ocean to come with our children and grandchildren. Each property has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths as well as an adjoining hallway in between. What is unique to this property is, along with the 300 sq. ft. exclusive use ocean front patio, it has a private garden terrace to the back with barbecue. Two of the bedrooms have doors to access the terrace. These two bedrooms can be closed off from the rest of the condo for privacy. This property is perfect for two couples or family of four with grandma and grandpa.

We have just completed a remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms as of May 2024. There are two masters, each with king beds and a third bedroom with twin beds.

Our place is located just minutes from SeaWorld, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, Downtown San Diego, Seaport Village and the airport. It is a short drive to Legoland and Safari Park.

The condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, central A/C, wireless high speed internet.Washer and dryer inside the unit. There is an exclusive parking space for one car and guest parking.

It is a southern CA classic....cliffs, rocks, beach and pier. Walk to all or view from your condo.

Had an amazing family gathering! Views and sunsets were beautiful! Only the walkway along the was disappointing due to erosion :(the fireplace wasn’t working, they shut it off for safety reasons. Parking spots are alittle tight in the garage. Overall I would come back high fives

The unit was clean and beautifully updated / decorated. The gentleman that fixed the fireplace was very polite, professional and efficient. We also really enjoyed the outdoor gliders. We will definitely return!!

I do have a few suggestions for the host. 1) fix the fireplace, 2) change the filter in the fridge, 3) install some hooks in bedrooms, bathrooms, and closet as well as a couple more towel racks, 4) add bag clips or clothespins and baggies, and 5) add some extra blankets and/or another couple of throws. Overall, however, it's a great place.

This condo was such a gem. Clean and well appointed, we had everything we needed for a few days as a family in San Diego. We travelled with our two teenage children and had more than enough space. We enjoyed the hidden beach area and the sunset views were remarkable. Parking in the garage was easy and convenient, a great benefit because the condo is within walking distance of all the eateries and shops. OB is the coolest beach town with such a unique and chill vibe. We loved the place!

Just an incredible property!! 5 stars almost seems like an insult! The breathtaking view is so much better in person than the beautiful photos. Plenty of space for 4 adults to spread out, yet enjoy time together and stay connected. The kitchen was not only stocked with everything you could possibly need, but was pleasantly surprised with the quality and quantity of everything, not just random found objects like so many vacation rentals. The secure parking was a bonus! Don't hesitate to book this rental! The hundreds of 5 star reviews are the real deal!

We could not have asked for a better stay. Everything was clean and exceptionally well kept. The location exceeded our expectations in every way. From the cliffs, to an easy walk into OB, to a short drive to anywhere in San Diego, the location is the best you could imagine.
