The property was exactly as advertised. Close to beach and entertainment. For a two week stay the size of property was perfect for two. If going to stay longer need more size
This vacation rental should be evaluated by VRBO. In the description there is a vague mention of construction in the area. The construction is a major hotel complex going up right outside your door. That’s only 2 sides of the building, the other side has a different construction project going on. So 3 sides of the complex is in a major construction zone. Construction started at 6:15am when a dumpster was drop off to the site and it shook the entire building not to mention the noise could be heard for blocks. Pool is on top of building (3 stories) but unless you mind 100 construction working watching you it’s not worth using. On the inside there is no bureau to unpack your clothes from your suitcase. There is a 3 tier Tupperware container which I’m not sure how the owners expect 2 grown adults to fit a week’s worth of clothing in it. If there was no construction I’d give this place a 3 at the best. It was clean. We contacted the property manager and told her we couldn’t stay there. We tried to be fair and asked for only 1/2 the rental cost and was denied. We moved out after 1 day.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that the stay did not meet your expectations.
For clarity, there is one active construction project in the area, which is the multi-building Ritz-Carlton Residences development located nearby. There is no construction taking place on this property itself. As disclosed in the listing prior to booking, guests may experience ongoing daytime construction activity noise Monday through Saturday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and pricing has been adjusted accordingly.
When you contacted me by phone after your first night to let me know you were departing early, I did offer to explore a partial refund if the remaining nights could be rebooked, particularly given that this was peak Christmas week. As the reservation was not canceled and the dates were not released back to the calendar, rebooking did not occur.
I understand that construction can feel more disruptive than anticipated for some travelers, and I regret that it impacted your holiday plans. I do appreciate you noting that the unit itself was clean. Guests are also welcome to review our consistent 5-star ratings on other booking platforms, which reflect our commitment to transparency, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
I wish you the best in your future travels.

Just OK
The condo is well equipped, the location is great, the neighbors friendly, and we were prepared for the construction. The condo is an easy walk to the beach; the rooftop pool was clean with ample seating; and the area is great for walking and biking. But we did have some issues with the condo itself.
On Saturday (move in day) we got a call from the owner stating that she had an issue with the previous tenant and we could not get in until Sunday. No specifics were given and the owner put us up in an alternative VRBO property for Saturday night. We understand that things happen, but the house we stayed at was dirty, not well equipped and we had to sleep on the lower half of a bunk bed. We appreciate the effort, but the accommodations were not at all how we wanted to start our vacation.
Then on Sunday, we moved to this condo, where the Internet connection was not reliable and the security was weak. If you depend on Internet for work or daily responsibilities, this may not be the right place for you. The bathroom sink was clogged and extremely slow. The shower had small piles of sand accumulated around the edges of the floor and there were 6-7 bottles of previous tenants' shampoos and soaps on the floor. The TV connection was spotty and there was trash from previous tenants in the beach chair cup holders. The roof pool was nice, but the spa was not operational.
I provided this information to the owner within a few days of our departure and got neither a response nor an offer to compensate us for these issues, so I am comfortable sharing in this review.

Yep, there was an issue on move-in date. Usually I don’t like to divulge peoples medical information but this review warrants a response. Saturday morning my checkout tenants contacted me that they were in the hospital with suspected heart attack and not able to move out that day, obviously. I contacted the reviewer, rented a place twice the rate of mine for the one night for them and refunded money. They seemed totally fine with us. I sent a message on check out date to reviewer and didn’t hear anything back. Four days later I get this write up. Not sure why if things were such a problem, I wasn’t contacted when it happened, and could’ve taken care of it. None of the other reviews have these issues, so I’m not sure if it was, in my private message, a thinly veiled blackmail review for more money to be refunded. That is why there was no response.
This simple well-stocked one bedroom condo is all about location. Just over a block from the main access to Vanderbilt Beach. Close to several great beach area restaurants and yet easy access to all kinds of shopping, restaurants and groceries.
Pro’s
Location, location, location - 5 min walk to beach and the beach box bar. 30 minute walk to Mercato (1.5 miles) which had lots of restaurants and bars. Even if we didn’t go to the beach by the condo, every evening we’d grab a beverage and chair to head to the beach for sunset. Multiple times we’d come back to drop off our chairs then head back to the beach box bar to listen to live music ( because it was so easy and close). They have the same bands every week. Check their FB page for schedule. Even though the last schedule posting was a month old, it was still accurate. But the locals told us a conglomeration bought out most of the multi-block area and are building condos. I believe the hole in the wall beach box cafe is supposed to close sometime in April. Very sad. If you want a reasonably priced drink, you’re going to have to walk 30 min instead of 5. Not sure if this condo complex will still be around then.
Well stocked on disposables like soap, TP, laundry detergent, etc.
Cute balcony
Comfy bed
Cons:
Smelled musty
Tiny bathroom which smelled like urine (but had a humidifier, and after we threw the rug in the wash, it smelled a little better)
For the price point in this amazing location, I have no complaints.
Restaurants we enjoyed
Lowbrow pizza
Thin crust pizza
Azan - in mercato
The fish house (bonito springs)
Enzo’s (bonito springs)
Barefoot beach is really nice. It’s weird because you have to drive through a gated community to get there. But they are used to it.
Cruisin tiki in Bonita springs was also a blast. Leaves from the Fish House in Bonita springs. So much fun! FYI. The fish dip at the fish house is excellent.
Although our arrival date was Wednesday and not Saturday due to the snow here in CT nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and look forward to another five or six days in November of this year.
Perfect location and size for 2. Very clean. Well furnished. Sparkling clean roof top pool and spa. Beautiful bay view. Short walk to Vanderbilt beach. For those who want to enjoy beautiful Naples and have the beach and great restaurants close by. This is perfect
