Perfect location!! Come enjoy this This wonderful 2 bedroom condo that is just steps from Vanderbilt Beach! This condo features everything you need for your vacation to Naples! Enjoy the incredible roof top pool with incredible views. There are countless restaurants, stores and shops within 1 mile of the condo and just 8 blocks up the road to all the night life at the Mercato! PLEASE NOTE: Major construction of the Ritz Carlton Residences is currently on going nearby during working hours. Majority of heavy construction already completed. Completion of the neighboring Ritz Carlton Residences has been announced to be complete and occupied early 2026. It will be beautiful!! Have lowered prices through completion due to this. Great deal for a great location!!

Convenient location in the heart of Vanderbilt Beach!

This condo is a must stay! The owner was wonderful to work with and had everything you would need for the perfect get away. It’s a block walk to the beach, Buzz’s lighthouse, and Turtle Club. The rooftop pool was great as well! We will be back!

The best of Naples

The best Naples experience! The apartment is spacious ,comfortable and well fitted out, everything works! The pool is superb and the beach is 5 minutes away.We met Tim, the host, really helpful.We will be back

Naples for the win

Our stay was fabulous- Tim was an excellent host. The property surpassed our expectations and provided all the conveniences and more. Loved the rooftop pool and the short walk to the beautiful beach. Would definitely recommend and will stay again!

Paradise in Naples

Tim /owner was just awesome - great communication - checked in with us several times during the stay - and rescued us when we locked ourselves out one afternoon. Unit was very clean with plenty of supplies . Several hundred yards from the beach .

Steps to Vandy beach

Condo was very comfortable close to the beach was a must have. Roof-top pool perfect. 2 bedroom modern appliances..have been renting in North Naples park for 24 years ..I love the walk on the beach daily. Ritz construction is on going but not bad..

Family Fun

We really enjoyed our time here. The proximity to Vanderbilt Beach was a huge plus — five minute walk. The condo was clean and nice. Very comfortable. Well stocked. The pool was a great bonus! Tim was a really great host — very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely come back!

Christmas 2024

This 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our trip. Our grandson kept referring to it as “our home.” Everything was as described. Tim, our host, went above and beyond to make the Christmas trip special for our grandson. The location is excellent and we walked to the beach daily. The pool was a quiet refuge in the early evening. The construction provided entertainment in watching cranes and cement trucks. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

Fabulous

We have stayed in the building before and absolutely LOVE the location! We arrived early and Tim was so sweet to let us come in a bit early which helped us start our vacation and we went right to the beach which is a short walk. This condo is so spacious and we loved all the extra touches from the nice personal note to the lovely bottle of wine and beach towels, wagon and chairs. He even left us a few water bottles which came in handy when we played pickle ball at Veterans park 12 mins away. The rooftop pool was so clean, new lounge chairs and it was heated …so nice we went to it every day! Make sure you go see a sunset at Gumbo Limbo at the Ritz, a super short walk..this location is hard to beat. Yes there is construction but it is just during working hrs and we were always out doing fun Naples things so it didn’t bother us one bit. We actually enjoyed watching it in the am with the coffee that Tim graciously left for us. Mercato is a short drive to some of the best restaurants and entertainment. We will be booking this unit again! 5 stars for sure.

Second year in a row in this lovely condo. You can’t beat the location walk everywhere.. next year should be even better when the construction on the Ritz is completed..however compared to last year much quieter.

I love this neighborhood having spent so much time here over the last 20 years. The beach is right here and so many restaurants and nightlife very near. Can enjoy sunsets every night from a beach chair!!

Brand new remodel with excellent finishes. 75" smart TV, incredible views of the bay. 360 degree views from the wonderful pool deck on the roof! Floor to ceiling windows on the ENTIRE wall overlooking the bay! Everything you need is right here!!
