Dear Monica, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re glad you chose to stay with us for your special weekend, we’re genuinely sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating unexpected issues can be, especially during a celebratory trip. As confirmed by the front desk, the temporary outage you experienced was part of a broader utility disruption that affected the entire area and lasted for approximately one hour. Unfortunately, this was beyond our control. Regarding the water concern, we’ve verified that there was water available throughout your stay, though the pressure was temporarily reduced due to peak usage. We're also sorry that other aspects, such as the elevator issue and your impression of the property's condition, impacted your experience. Please know we’ve shared your comments with the property team to ensure any accessibility matters are reviewed and addressed appropriately. We truly care about our guests and always aim to provide the best service possible. To show goodwill, we offered a discount for a future stay and sincerely hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with a smoother and more enjoyable experience.
