Large comfortable apartment, very well equipped. 2 terraces offering a sea view and a mountain view. Beautiful private wooded park, fenced with tennis courts, pétanque and children's playground. Beach, shops, restaurants and the Villeneuve Loubet marina are a few minutes' walk away. Bicycle rental and The seaside cycle path connects the port of Nice to the port of Antibes and rental of sea scooter and parachute.
Nautical club, public beach volleyball, hiking trails by the river and at Parc de Vaugrenier.
The Cagnes sur Mer racecourse, 900m away, organizes night parties throughout the summer, punctuated by fireworks on the beach.
Within a 4km radius, amusement parks, tree climbing for young and old as well as an internationally renowned horse riding club.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la propriétaire Madame Boero :) L'appartement est idéalement situé, avec tout le confort et tout ce qui est nécessaire à un séjour réussi quant aux équipements proposés. Deux gros plus pour nous (en plus de la taille confortable de l'appartement) : deux salles d'eau (une pour nous et une pour nos ados) et une terrasse faisant le tour de la maison. On a pu faire tous nos repas dehors et profiter également le soir du petit salon extérieur. L'appartement étant traversant, un agréable courant d'air venant de la mer toute proche était plus que suffisant pour rafraichir les lieux. Bref, très bon séjour pour nous, je recommande chaleureusement !!

Séjour Villeneuve-Loubet

Bonjour à tous, Nous étions à trois personnes pour un séjour de dix jours. Nous avons passés un très bon séjour chez Madame BOERO et qui est fort sympathique... L'appartement est très spacieux et très propre. Avec deux douches séparées qui sont très fonctionnelles. Une cuisine très bien équipée, Deux chambres l'une parentale et l'autre avec deux lits. Une grande salle à manger par contre pour la télévision la boxe free ne fonctionne pas très bien. Mais c'est un détail. Je recommande cette appartement...Près de toutes commodités. Près de CANNES - NICE - MONACO - MENTON - GRASSE - et pas trop loin l'ITALIE...Ainsi que ST TROPEZ. A très bientôt...l'année prochaine (2021)
