IN-TOWN cottage with frontage on Mill Creek. Privately set down a small wooded cul-de-sac road, enjoy the in-town convenience but with the sounds of the creek and nature from the screened in porch. The floor plan is open and flows between the kitchen with updated appliances and granite counter tops, the dining area with formal seating for 6 to the living room with cathedral ceilings and a beautiful stone fireplace framed by a wall of windows. Off the living room is a spacious screened porch with an outdoor dining area, cozy seating and access to the open deck with grill. Relax your day away listening to the sounds of the rushing creek below. The main level master offers a King bed and large en suite with soaking tub and separate shower. The main level also houses a guest suite with Queen. The upper level is where you will find the 2nd master suite with a King bed and luxurious spa-style bath.

[All of the homes managed by Highlands Vacation Rentals have wifi internet access(speeds may vary based on different providers), basic kitchenware & dishes, linens provided, and a starter set of amenities including: 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom + A set of personal shampoo, conditioner, hand & body soap (also per bathroom), 2 paper towel rolls, a few kitchen trash bags, a kitchen sponge, some dish soap and a couple of dishwasher and laundry detergent pods. ]
CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy (effective for bookings confirmed after April 1, 2024) is outlined below: For reservations that are 21 days or less, A reservation cancelled ( by email receipt ) between 0 - 45 days prior to arrival is not eligible for a refund. If reservation is cancelled more than 45 days prior to arrival, guest shall receive a refund of all payments made* less a cancellation fee of 10% of the total cost of the reservation AND the cost of any trip insurance if purchased. *Refunds do not include third-party service fees as those are determined by the booking site and we do not control how those funds are processed. For any reservations that are more than 21 days, No refund will be given unless the property is re-rented over the previously booked dates. We had a great time and the cottage was perfect for our needs! When we arrived, the porches had a lot of debris from the outside and on the furniture but a text to the property manager resolved it promptly! A wonderful woman came over and completely cleaned it all for us and we were able to enjoy the beautiful weather and our 18 month old granddaughter could play on the porch with us! We were grateful for the service and kindness!

We had a lovely time. The fireplace made the space so cozy. The location was very convenient and easily walkable to town, restaurants and shopping. It was private and kid friendly. Would definitely stay in this property again.

Great location, easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Park with trails to Mill Creek just a minute away. Very nice house on quiet street. Everything was lovely and we had a great stay. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

We enjoyed being so close to everything and having such a great porch to enjoy the sounds of the river. The house feels secluded in the mountains, but it is right downtown. We suggest you walk to breakfast at the Blue Bike Cafe one morning.
