This was very nice with plenty of space. The back porch was fantastic. we didn't have enough time to build a fire but I would imagine that would have been wonderful. Highly recommend.

This property is beautiful! We could not believe the view! We spent all of our time on the wonderful screened porch. We even used the fireplace in August!! The kitchen had everything we needed and was very well equipped. So was the laundry room. Everyone enjoyed the spacious rooms and bathrooms. Having the carport was an extra bonus we loved. We would definitely choose this house again while visiting Highlands.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Little Bear Pen. The house was perfect for our 8 adults who were in town for a wedding. The home is spacious and immaculate! Everything we needed was there! The one-level floor plan was perfect for our elderly parents. Most homes in Highlands have many steps. The four bedrooms are in the four corners of the house, so everyone had privacy. The Communication with the owners was awesome. I think it may be the best I have ever experienced at VRBO. The property guide included everything we could possibly need to know. I would defintely stay here again.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Bear Pen. It is a lovely home…very spacious and comfortable. The view was beautiful. We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood after a big meals. The kitchen had everything we needed! The hosts were so communicative and helpful leading up to and during our stay. Close drive to enjoy downtown Highlands. We will definitely rent this home for our next trip.

Great mountain home

Great Stay, Great Location

Thanksgiving in Highlands is an annual thing for our family, and this was a great few days. The layout of the house was perfect for our family, and the location is terrific. Property manager was attentive and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

Wish we booked for a longer stay!

We had 7 adults and 1 four-year-old and this house was so perfect. It was clean and beautiful and so relaxing! We were in Highlands for a family wedding and it was a great vacation for everyone!
