Beautiful 3BR Home on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk. Wild Dunes w/Pool Access!

Welcome to Advance to Boardwalk! This beautifully updated home is located directly on the Grand Pavilion Boardwalk in Wild Dunes Resort. Spread out in three spacious bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, perfect for families traveling together. Each bedroom has a TV for streaming, and the cozy living room has a large SmartTV with cable. The house is equipped with high-speed WiFi (Xfinity), and the fully-stocked eat-in kitchen has stainless appliances and quartz countertops. The dining area has seating for 8, and there is a rear porch off the living room with a table/chairs for enjoying a meal outdoors while overlooking the Boardwalk. Your stay includes access to the two oceanfront Grand Pavilion pools at the end of the Boardwalk, (not heated, but open year-round), as well as the cabana bar/cafe. All linens and beach towels are provided, as well as beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach umbrella. Your stay also includes access to the following Wild Dunes amenities:

Nice property in a great location! The house had everything we needed and the property manager was very helpful and responsive. You can’t beat the location. It’s steps to the beach and pools and a 2 minutes walk to main area of Wild Dunes, really ideal with younger kids.

This condo was perfect for our annual gathering of friends at Wild Dunes. The beautiful unit is fully stocked and very comfortable, The location is convenient to the beach and pool. We would definitely rent this property again,

The location of this home was very convenient and wonderful. We were steps away from the beach and Grand Pavilion. The home had upgraded appliances and comfortable furniture. The layout of the house worked perfectly for our family with the primary suite downstairs and everyone having their own bathroom. All the windows made the house light and bright. We just loved it! We have been coming to Wild Dunes for 10 years. This was by far our favorite place to stay.

Great Time

We had a great time. The house was perfect and located close to beach, pools, restaurants and ice cream. The house is directly on the boardwalk and the drinks at the Beachside Burgers and Bar were great.

Loved the house! Was in a great location - close to the beach, pool, and beach bar/restaurant. Liked the fact there was a cart and chairs for the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked! Living area and bedrooms were great!

This is our 3rd time staying in the Grand Pavilion area in Wild Dunes and our first time at this house. We loved this house. It is perfect and close to everything you could need. The host and house manager were extremely responsive. We would definitely go back!

Short Vacation

The house was perfect for us. We were traveling with another family and everyone had plenty of space. The house is in a prime location close to the pools and beach. Paul was very informative at check in and helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be back!

The home is lovely in a great location. With 3 toddlers it was extremely convenient to everything - pool, ocean and shops. Everything you need they supplied - from fully stocked kitchen to lots of beach equipment. The owner and property manager, Amy were extremely responsive and made sure all needs were met. We would love to return. Very much enjoyed our week at WD.

Perfect long weekend!!

We stayed for 5 nights over Labor Day Weekend. The location is perfect in Wild Dunes! It’s a 2 minute walk to the beach, pool or bars/restaurants at Seagrass and Boardwalk. The owner and property manager are super friendly and responsive. My family truly enjoyed our stay and none of us wanted to leave this morning!! We would book again without hesitation. Thank you!

Holiday beach vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at “Advance to Boardwalk”; the house was well- appointed, clean, and in a great location to the beach, tennis, bike rentals, golf, etc. We enjoyed the Christmas tree for the holidays too! Amy, the property manager was friendly & very helpful- she answered all of our questions. Our family has been to IOP & Wild Dunes many times, and plan on staying in this house again. Thank you!!

Fantastic home and location

We spent a girls weekend at this property and things could not have been better. It is a lovely home in a fantastic location. Checking in was a breeze and the house had absolutely everything we could need. We did not cook much but the kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you would need to make a gourmet meal...dishes, glasses, serving pieces, utensils, etc. The proximity to the beach and the pool was phenomenal. Just a few steps out the back door and it is all right there. And they had everything you would need...chairs, towels, wagon, sand toys, boogie board, etc. Easy 30 minute drive into Charleston. We are already planning to return!

Girls Advanced to Boardwalk

After 15 years of returning to Wild Dunes for our annual girls trip, we finally found the perfect home! Advance to Boardwalk is in the perfect location! Close to pool, beach, restaurants, coffee shops, and bars! You NEVER have to leave the complex! Everything is within walking distance. The beautiful row home is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home! The owners have thought of everything down to beach equipment and beach towels! In addition to the above, the home has 2 renovated baths and a fully stocked kitchen! Both the owner, Jessica and property manager, Amy were extremely responsive and followed up to ensure all of our needs were met! We cannot wait to return!

Annual Summer Vacay at Wild Dunes

We have been coming to Wild Dunes for summer vacation for 12 years and must say that this property is our absolute favorite. We have already booked it for next year and can't wait to return. Everything about this property was wonderful. It was clean, updated, and convenient to everything we wanted to do while we were there. The ONLY comment that we had (and it certainly is a tiny one) is that one of the beds - in the upstairs bedroom, on the left - squeaks loudly to the point that it woke my daughter up every time she moved in bed. She wound up moving to the couch on the third night so that she and her sister (in the other bed in the same bedroom) could get some sleep. Maybe a little WD30 could help? Thank you Advance to Boardwalk for an otherwise perfect stay.

Location, location, location....

Location of the home is phenomenal. Only a few steps away from the Boardwalk pool and right on the Boardwalk of the Grand Pavilion. The home is cozy and clean. The bedrooms were nice and the AC worked well. The showers and the shower drains could use some updating as the showers "scream" when turned on and the shower drains are slow. The kitchen is not very well supplied. We tend to eat all of our meals at home while on vacation and we often struggled to find enough cookware to prepare our meals. For a home that can house 8 people, the kitchen cannot support feeding those 8. There was one large pot, one small skillet and 2 saucepans. Very difficult to cook for 8 people with just that. The biggest problem was the washer/dryer. The hookups are backwards on the hot/cold intake. This made for interesting laundry. When we wanted a "cold" cycle, we had to put the settings on "hot" and vice versa. It would have been nice to have been warned about this problem before our first "cold" laundry load got washed in hot water. Overall, a decent rental. The kitchen and laundry problems are easily fixed, but both problems should be addressed.

Beach House Review

The house was very nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook your meals. The two updated bathrooms were very nice. The location was great with a short walk to beach and also short walk to sweetgrass Inn where there’s some restaurants. We enjoyed the beachside bar. It was nice to have beach chairs, a cart and umbrellas in the carport area. One umbrella was broken and maybe the other one as well. We stayed this past June, so maybe by this time there are new ones. The tv downstairs in the living room also wasn’t working too great, I think it was the service, but in general tv was hard to navigate. Overall it was a nice stay and would return to this location. Dealing with the property manager was easy.

We relocated to the Charleston area several years ago. We vacationed on Isle of Palms for years and always hoped to one day own a little piece of the island. We're so excited to share our beach house with you, our guests. We hope you will enjoy all the beauty that Isle of Palms has to offer as well as the great amenities of Wild Dunes Resort.

Why they chose this property

We chose this home for its ideal location. It is located in the center of Wild Dunes Resort, within easy walking distance to most Wild Dunes amenities, and only steps to the beach. We also loved the look of the homes along the Boardwalk, as it is reminiscent of Rainbow Row in downtown Charleston.

What makes this property unique

Our guests have access to the two oceanfront pools at the end of the boardwalk (not heated, but open year-round), as well as the pool cafe/bar. Coastal Provisions restaurant is located in the Boardwalk Inn, directly behind the house. Coastal Crust has great pizza and is located behind the house (next to the Sweetgrass Hotel). Check out Hudson's Market for breakfast sandwiches, ice cream, and coffee drinks. Guests have access to other Wild Dunes Resort amenities including golf, tennis clinics, walking trails, and bike rentals (reservations and/or additional fees apply).
