This beautifully furnished ground floor townhome has a fantastic garage with big screen TV and some seating for Game Day and BBQing in the drive way. The house is very comfortable and spacious. Perfect for families or couples to share with 2 queen beds and a king master suite. There is also a shaded patio off of the living room with a path leading to the shared pool. This home is located in the golf cart approved driving area.
Living area: Comfortable couches and a recliner make this cozy living room a great retreat after a long day at the beach. The big screen TV with Cable TV even has extra sports channels for your game watching pleasure! There is a sleeper sofa for extra guests or kiddos.
Bedrooms: The 1st bedroom has a queen bed and a twin roll away bed tucked away in the closet. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The master bedroom has a king bed with ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. All Bedrooms have a flat panel Tv with Cable.
Bathrooms: The 1st bathroom is accessible from the living room and has a tub /shower combo. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower.
Kitchen: This open floor plan kitchen boasts all the creature comforts of home. You will be able to prepare many of your family meals here. This kitchen is fully stocked for your enjoyment. There is a breakfast bar and a table to seat 6.
Outdoors: There is a shaded patio off of the living room with a little privacy fence and a path leading to the shared pool. The garage is an extension of the house with a big screen TV and seating for watching your favorite sports channel. No parking allowed in the garage but it does serve as a great place to store your beach and fishing items.
Parking: The concrete driveway can fit 2-3 vehicles depending on their size. Sorry no boats or trailers are allowed.
Directions: This townhome is located in the Safe Harbor Townhomes off of 11th St. Your closest beach access will be Beach Access Rd 1A just a few blocks away. Shells restaurant, Port A Beach Lodge, The Texan and Beach Mart are a quick walk or drive away.
This is a self catering property. We give you a start up supply of trash bags, toilet paper, dish soap and hand soap. This will most likely not be enough for your entire stay.
Even though the system may let you book this property, all reservations must and will be submitted to the owner of the property for final approval. Names and ages will be required for all reservations. Also, on the day of check in, only the named person on the reservation will be permitted to check in at our office. ID and Credit Card will be verified upon check in. NO Exceptions.
No large groups or loud parties allowed.
