This is condo 11 located at the Flamingo Towers condominium complex, a unique and well-appointed hillside condominium complex that encompasses two buildings and includes access to two swimming pools with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and kids' pool; covered parking space for one vehicle and additional exterior parking; elevators; and 24/7 security.

This condo comfortably sleeps 5. It has a:
- King-size master bedroom with its own balcony access and en-suite full bathroom.
- Second bedroom with a queen bed and twin bunk above, suitable for children or another adult; it also has its own bathroom.
- Large covered deck with patio furniture and partial views of the ocean.

From Flamingo Towers you are just a short 5-10 min drive away from the quiet, family-friendly beaches of Playa Flamingo, Playa Potrero, and Playa Brasilito / Conchal; and 10 minutes away from restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. Surfers ’paradise Tamarindo is just 30 minutes away.

We strongly recommend renting a car to make the most of the area. Because the building is at the top of a hill, we suggest a sturdy 4WD SUV.

Beautiful condo, amazing beach

Condo FT-11 is clean, bright, well equipped and well maintained. It is a first floor condo so the ocean views are somewhat obstructed by the buildings. There is a partial view of Brasalitto and Conchal beaches but we were able to enjoy sunsets on the large balcony. Also, this unit does not have an assigned covered parking spot so you may have to park outside the building. The grounds and pools are well kept but there is limited seating around the pools. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Flamingo Towers and the beach is amazing!

Schöne, große und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung nahe Playa Flamingo

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, ist perfekt ausgestattet und besitzt eine tolle Terrasse, von der man die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge genießen kann.
