The Neighborhood:

The Flamingo Towers development features two large, beautifully maintained pools, outdoor showers, landscaped gardens, and 24-hour security with on-site guards. Residents enjoy a covered parking garage with one assigned space per unit, as well as two fully operational elevators. Each floor includes a convenient trash chute for easy waste disposal.

Located just a three-minute drive from Flamingo Beach, the development offers easy access to a variety of beachfront activities, including snorkeling, stand-up paddleboarding, boogie boarding, kayaking, and fishing. A five-minute drive takes you to the popular Super Massai grocery store, along with nearby medical, dental, and pharmacy services.

This villa includes one designated parking space and one additional visitor parking spot.

As part of our standard booking process, guests are asked to choose between a $50 non-refundable damage waiver or a refundable $1,000 security deposit hold, released 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage.
