PERFECT VIEW!!! Waterfront, Marina and 2 Pools!

Enjoy beautiful blue skies and gorgeous sunsets over the Santa Rosa Sound, while looking out over the marina from your very own private deck! This gorgeous studio unit has one of the best views in the entire 120 room complex! Located in the preferred A building, this Non-Smoking, top floor unit has a beautiful bathroom with full size tile shower and newer plumbing fixtures.

Next, stroll through the kitchen area, which features an electric cooktop (no oven), a dishwasher, a large fridge with plenty of room for food and drinks, and a kitchen sink. The kitchen is loaded with silverware, cups, plates, pots and pans, and everything else you need to make your stay unforgettable.

Ready to relax? Take a dip in one of the two pools to refresh yourself or walk around the marina and look for dolphins and other marine life! There is storage abound in this unit which also features a queen sized Murphy bed that can be easily locked away during the day for extra room if desired. A large flat screen TV and leather couch round out the living room.

This unit also has free wifi and cable with HBO! This complex is quiet, clean and well cared for and located just outside of the busy tourist area..

There are BBQ grills just off the pools, and also a small sandy beach area that is located by building "B". Elevator, ice machine, and laundry facilities are also located in the building. for your convenience. Grocery stores and restaurants are all close by.

A short drive to Okaloosa Island provides almost unlimited sandy beach on the Gulf of Mexico.

An awesome vacation

This property was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean and well kept with lots of amenities. It may be a studio with a Murphy bed but we had more than enough room and left it down during our stay. The sofa recliner was a real plus. An awesome place to stay!

My daughter and I stayed for 7 days. This place was perfect for us. Condo is very cute and well taken care of. The view from the balcony was beautiful . The condo has everything you would need but food and paper products.

Loved this property. Very updated, has everything we needed. I’m very particular and I look for a combination of things and this place has it all. Lots of clothes storage, drawers and hanging space. Lots of bathroom storage, nice shower, comfortable bed, large refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, cooktop, small dishwasher. And an incredible sunset view! We’ll be back!

Perfect getaway

My partner and I stayed here for our vacation and we were highly impressed & recommend it to everyone looking for a cozy place to stay. It was the perfect distance from Destin. It was clean, cozy, & Randy did an excellent job with providing the best service possible. My partner loved that there was a Keurig with several Kcup options to satisfy his coffee cravings! Perfect couple getaway

The location and view of the harbor was great. The room was clean and up to date. It’s very close to multiple public beach accesses including John Beasley park which has free parking and bathrooms and the Boardwalk which has restaurants and shops. We really liked Al’s beach club. You’re also very close to Destin and McGuire’s and other great restaurants there. I would highly recommend this place for couples and would love to stay here again. We’ve stayed in Destin many times and we’re new to Fort Walton Beach but we will definitely frequent this area in the future.

Property was very clean and cozy.Nice balcony view from fourth floor!Toiletries, linen,and towels were well over stocked.( I brought my own extra but didnt have to use since their supplies were in abundance). Nice and stocked coffee bar( although I dont drink coffee). The host texted me several times before and after arrival to make sure my stay was pleasant.He even personally called me to help with directions when I was lost on my way to the destination.I highly recommend this place if you want a nice getaway.Five stars!!!

The condo was everything we could have imagined. It was decorated very cute and was very clean. The host (Randy) was very helpful from our check in....to any needs we had during our stay. The location was walking distance to local pizza and sea food restaurants. The view from the patio is of the marina and waterfront. It is well worth the price and we highly recommend the property for anyone looking to stay in the Fort Walton Beach area. We stayed a week in February. Todd and Laurie

Beautiful Condo

This was a super cute place to stay. The owner was very responsive. The only bad thing was the air conditioner did not work well. It was super hot during the day and the temp inside would stay at 77-78 reguardless of what we set the temp to. It got cooler at night once the sun went down but I do not think it would get below 70 at all. I made the owner aware and he was going to have someone come look at it after we checked out. We enjoyed the stay, just not that the air didn’t work properly.

I wanted to mention that in your welcome email and in our conversations, the room darkening shades should be used to keep the West facing condo cooler in the afternoon. We had a brand new $5000 AC system installed In February of this year. Since you left, we had the thermostat relocated to a different spot as it was reading heat coming off the entrance door and giving a reading that was higher than what the room temperature was. This unit is on the top (4th) floor and faces West so the Florida sun can warm the condo up in the late afternoon if the room darkening shades are not used. Thanks again for staying with us and thank you for taking good care of our condo!! Have a great summer 😁

This condo has it all with efficient use of space - murphy bed folds up and away during the day, two-burner cooktop, toaster oven, microwave, and mini dishwasher! It has TONS of storage so you can unpack everything and have it accessible. Excellent view! Great decor! We loved this condo!!

We had been in the market to purchase a place in Florida for awhile and decided to stay at Pirates Bay while we looked at places to buy. During our 8 day stay, we fell in love with Pirates Bay and found ourselves comparing all the condos we looked at with our real estate person to Pirates Bay!

We loved it so much we bought it!
