New for 2022: private heated, securized and landscaped swimming pool 6x3m (Rocks + wood)
Very beautiful exotic garden and palm grove, 3 Terraces, private parking for 2/3 cars Modern fitted kitchen (2020), Cellar and laundry room (Washing machine).
Large air-conditioned living room, large volumes - TV lounge and fire place.
