Light, bright, clean and just updated! Easy floor plan for your home base while visiting! West of 41 makes it close to the beach yet convenient to restaurants, grocery stores and shops!

King bed in master, queen in second bedroom and bunk with full, twin and additional twin trundle. Kitchen has refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessities including new reverse osmosis (at kitchen sink and into refrigerator for water/ice).

Brand new washer/dryer (Jan 2020). Beach chairs available for your use along with a beach umbrella, beach bag and blanket.

Central air conditioning with a Nest thermostat that makes controlling temperature a breeze. Access the property using the keypad on the front door - and we are happy to customize a code of your choosing to make it easier for you to remember!

Brand new 14x24 lanai was added June 2020 and brand new salt water pool was completed in the beginning of 2021! Enjoy the pool beach area, the sound of the bubbler and the night LED lights! There is also an outdoor shower (NOT hot water) for rinsing off sand and washing feet!

Perfect, lovely, convenient and perfect location !

We loved the rental home in north Naples area. The location was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants and took advantage of the beautiful city, county and state beaches in the Naples area. Everything you need is within a 20 minute drive. The house is very lovely, very cozy and nicely decorated and the owners made sure there is everything you could think of in providing for a wonderful vacation experience. We highly recommend this home as your vacation hub. Great place to come back to at the end of a busy day to kick back and relax !

Thoughtful, comfortable and easy

We needed an easy trip somewhere warm. Naples and Nicole’s Naples Park Bungalow were just perfect for us. The house is cuter than the pictures and the Bungalow couldn’t have been more thoughtfully supplied and laid out. The pool was heated perfectly and both kids and adults had a great time. Close to the beach (Vanderbilt) but not walkable. Easy access anywhere in Naples. Check in and out were a breeze and Nicole was a great communicator.

Great stay in Naples!

We had a great stay at this property in Naples. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The backyard (closed in deck and pool) were perfect to relax in a very quiet area. Close to the beach and other sites/restaurants in Naples. Owners were easy and great to deal with.

Naples Vacation

Great house. Quiet neighborhood. Lots of room. Owner even left a bag of fresh citrus which we enjoyed immensely. Everything we needed was there.

Our family has been coming to Naples for 20 years and we love so much about it! We acquired this house in the fall of 2019 and finished phase 1 updating in the beginning of 2020, added a covered lanai mid-2020 and finally a heated salt water pool in January 2021! We love coming down here from our hometown in the Chicago area but we are happy to be able to share it with others! We have a lot of extended family in the area with lots of varied experiences to pull from so please feel free to ask us for recommendations to fit your vacation! Although to be quite honest my children often just want to hang out at the beach nearby!

Why they chose this property

We chose to buy this house because we love the convenience of the location. So close to the beach but also to grocery (Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Publix), Mercato, the airport (30 minutes), shops, restaurants and more.

Brand new pool offers an unusual placement providing for so much sun even in the winter with SW exposure!
