Casa Paradiso was perfect! It was clean, had a hundred amenities included, and was HUGE! We played in and out of the pool every day, and we could drive a few minutes to restaurants and grocery stores.Lastly, communication with the Host was easy -- any small issue that came up was resolved the same day.100% would go again!

Beautiful house

We spent almost a month at this lovely N Naples home and enjoyed it immensely. It is immaculately maintained, has a well stocked kitchen and beautiful pool. Always important is the quality of linens and beds- we were impressed with both and awoke each morning in this quiet neighborhood feeling well rested. Any small question or request received an immediate response from our local contact. All in all we highly recommend this property and would visit again in the future.

Very clean and roomy

Great place. We were disappointed on the size of the pool, we expected it to be bigger based on the pictures. Extremely clean and all the supplies and dishes anyone would need.

We were very happy with our stay in this comfortable home! The pre trip communication was fantastic and the home was clean, roomy and exactly what we needed for our trip to FL! The home included some necessary trip needs that you don't want to travel with by plane (beach towels, chairs, etc). The location was great for access to shopping and the beach. The house was very clean! The photos are very accurate. The mattresses were comfortable and the kitchen fully supplied. We really enjoyed being so close to Wiggins beach and we appreciated the home having beach chairs. Cannot wait to return!! This will be the only place we stay at when we come back to Naples!

Family getaway

The property itself is wonderful, very spacious and the kitchen has everything you need, from utensils to garbage bags. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. However the AC kept changing even when we set it up to a certain number, we were told someone had remote access to it, which was very annoying, it would get very hot during the day as they would set it up to the 80's. The property itself is not the cleanest, we found two little dead rats inside the pool, as well as frogs and some dead worms inside the property. We were very disappointed because the property itself is beautiful and spacious but the cleanliness definitively needs to improve. I do have to mention the property management dealt with this situation very well. I'm very impress by the way the handle this for us. Kudos to Turnkey!

We’re so sorry to hear you had issues with the A/C and pool. Here at TurnKey, we strive to offer impeccable customer service, and we hope that if anything comes up, guests are conveniently able to reach us 24/7 on our guest hotline. It appears that a TurnKey agent did connect with you on 9/27 regarding the A/C issue, but you requested that we address these problems/issues after your departure. Also, please know that our homeowner does not control the A/C thermostat remotely, there was an issue with the thermostat which has been resolved. In regards to the issues with the pool, our pool vendor confirmed these are moles and not rats. There are a lot of moles in the area and they go to the water to drink then get stuck in the pool skimmer. If there is anything else we can do for you, please reach out any time. Naples Thanksgiving

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the “Casa”. Clean, comfortable, well stocked and well located, enjoyed our walks and runs in the neighborhood to the beach. The saltwater pool was great daily fun for our granddaughter and for us. Great dinners, local golf and visit to the Southwest conservancy.

Nice property, very good price to amenity ratio

First the pool is small. The picture was very well taken but be prepared for a roughly 12x12 pool. Perfect for getting wet and staying cool. Perfect for young children. Not ideal for big kids playing games or lap swimming. The covered area near the pool made watching the kids from the comfort of shade very enjoyable. Other than that little surprise the home was near perfect for our family. Unlike other homes we have stayed in the house came with many extras that were appreciated. Spices, some non-perishable foods, copious beach supplies/toys, ... The neighborhood is fine, nothing like the mega-homes you see as you drive through Naples, but for the price it's exactly what you would expect. There was a significant amount of home remodel construction throughout the neighborhood. That noise wasn't ideal but there's nothing the host can do about it. If you need complete silence a secluded home would be a better fit. The home only has two televisions, one in the master and one in the common space. It would have been nice to have a small set in another bedroom and one outside near the pool, but certainly not critical. Check-out was the easiest we've ever had, near zero choirs to do at the last minute.

Great week in Naples. House was great, had everything you need to enjoy a perfect week. Location was great for Restaurants, Beach, Grocery, Etc. House came with extras that made it easy, Kitchen items, laundry, cleaning, coffee filters. They thought of it all. Highly Recommend.

Our family had a wonderfully stay! The house is in a great location (between beach and every store you could ever need, big, clean, and comfortable. Master bedroom is very large. Pool was plenty big for 4-6 people. Only suggestion is to add bedside tables in bedrooms and additional rugs to reduce risk of slipping from the backyard. Doing something to minimize echo in the living space would also help.

Fabulous home and Property Managers

Easy to rent and the information on check in and out were very easy. House was very clean, comfortable and a great place to stay. Caroline was very responsive and we did not have any issues with the home. Close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Pool was very nice as well as showers, beds and all the amenities.

Well stocked kitchen and great beach gear! Great location. Only bummer was the pool area didn’t get much sun all day. Prefer a south facing pool. Other than that great house!
