It is a spacious 1287 sq. ft. open floor plan with living area, dining area, and remodeled kitchen – all looking out to the spectacular views. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa and a wood burning fireplace, creating the perfect ambiance and extra warmth. The kitchen has solid stone countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

Off the main living area are two bedrooms with a fully remodeled shared bathroom with quartz countertop vanity. Bedroom one offers a king-sized bed, with a nice sized closet and dresser. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, with closet and dresser. At the end of the hallway are private, in-unit washing machine and dryer.

The third bedroom is located upstairs, in the loft. There is a queen-sized bed, separate living area, and half bath with sink and toilet.

This unit offers easy access with self-check-in, HOA jacuzzi and sauna, BBQ (summer only), and Wi-Fi. The additional laundry facilities are conveniently located in the same building, directly downstairs, and are coin operated.

We provide coffee, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a fully stocked kitchen. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter, and matches.
