Newer home in nice neighborhood, 2500 sq ft with a basement.
Home is only 1 mile from downtown Lafayette and 3 miles to Purdue University.
Great for Football games, Purdue events, and Weddings in Lafayette.
5 Bedrooms with queen beds, large closets, Large Kitchen and Washer and dryer.
I have been renting this home for 2 years with great reviews, I recently started renting the home myself rather than using a seperate company.

We rented the house just before Christmas to enjoy a Purdue winter graduation. How kind of Ryan to give up his house just before Christmas! There are four bedrooms upstairs and a full basement area with three different beds downstairs so accommodated our guests nicely. Plenty of parking and close to our locations.

Perfect for large group

We had a group of seven in town for a Purdue football game. The house was clean, well-equipped and very comfortable. It was close to both Purdue and downtown Lafayette. The owner was friendly and very responsive.

Great location for our team!

We were in town for a sports competition with a team of 11 athletes and myself as the coach. Ryan's house was perfect for our needs. Close to town and the house had all the space we needed to stay comfortably. Ryan was also very good with communication and accommodating of our needs. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town!
