This was a beautiful, comfortable, and spacious property facing the Main Street in town. Having the dedicated parking space was wonderful! We spent three nights in Manitou Springs and we would stay here again! As other reviews have said, the stairs to the apartment are very steep, so please keep that in mind when booking.
This property is so charming! The decor is cute! Our family of 5 had more than enough space, there is plenty of kitchen supplies, loved the balcony, and loved the location being downtown. The parking can be a bit tight, but we had a full size Ram and were able to handle it with caution. During our stay we did Pike’s Peak, Garden of the Gods, rafting, the Incline, just to name a few things. Overall it was a great stay!
The apartment was better than advertised. Loved the spacious interior and the balcony was great for poeple watching and enjoying the view! The location was wonderful. Free shuttle stop right across the street so no need to drive and pay for parking at the cog railway. The bed was really comforable and the living area was nice to relax in, later at night. The only issue we had was the light fixture on the 3rd floor landing was out which made it really difficult to enter/exit the stairway to and from the front door in the dark. We notifed the owner the first night after we had returned from dinner and they said they would have maintenance address the following day. The light was not fixed during our 3 night stay and the owner never responded to my follow up comment on the light the second night.
Charming apartment right in the heart of Manitou Springs!
The location of this property is exactly what we wanted. We could walk to great restaurants, shops, and our son loved the penny arcade in Manitou Springs. The apartment was just as it was described. Cute, spacious enough, and we would absolutely stay here again
We loved the location of this apartment! We also loved the balcony and enjoyed it every night as we would wind down from a day of hiking. The Pikes Peak Cog and Incline are an easy walk from it. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. If you are sensitive to light when sleeping you will not enjoy your stay here since it is on the main road in Manitou Springs. They need some blackout shades. Thankfully there wasn't a bunch of road noise but we did have the air conditioner on the entire stay. Also, the refrigerator did not work. It was obvious they knew it did not work since they had a college size small refrigerator to use. Perhaps they had one on order but it would have been nice to be given a heads up and an apology. Thankfully we did not plan on cooking or it would have been a bigger deal. I emailed the property manager about it but never received a reply other than an automated email hoping that I was enjoying my stay.
The property is conveniently placed right on tje main street in Manitou Springs. There is a nice balcony to rest after a day of activities. Very clean with modern furnishings. Will stay again.
Fun little town and this location is central to it all. Also worked as a great home base for our various excursions out. Plenty of space for the four adults in our group and provided all of the basics we needed for our stay.
What a great place to stay! It was very convenient to everything we needed. It was also very roomy, comfortable and clean. We loved it! We would definitely stay here again.
Perfect location for a quick stay in Manitou Springs. Our family had plenty of space in the apartment. Previous reviews had mentioned the parking being tight, however, we didn’t have any problems getting our minivan into the spot. Highly recommend!
Love this apartment. A great space for a small family or couple. Clean, wonderful 3rd floor balcony overlooking main street, walking distance to hikes, restaurants and shops.
We had a great stay! The apartment was in a great location and very comfortable. It fit my family's needs perfectly. The stairs were definitely steep and parking was tight but we would absolutely stay at this location again.
The place was just as advertised. The carpet and overall appearance are dates but it was very comfortable and owner was super responsive. The patio overlooking town was such a bonus.
We absolutely loved our stay. Perfect spot for our girls trip/ getaway. Comfy and cozy. The location was excellent. Everything was walkable. Really enjoyed the balcony. The owner was so helpful and quick to communicate. Highly recommend.
This little loft was the perfect stay for the perfect week getaway. It was extremely clean, roomy and had everything a person could need. We cooked a lot as we are not ones to go out to eat often. However, there were a lot of restaurants and cafe's in the area. Everything was walkable and near by. Very close to most hiking trails. This was the best little town and place to stay. Had a wonderful time. Rated 5 stars !!
Can't beat the location of this unit right on Manitou Avenue. Just 1 mile from the incline, so we just walked there rather than trying to fight for parking. Check in was seamless, owner very attentive and available as needed. Unit is clean, spacious, quiet and the balcony is a prime spot for people watching and enjoying the views.
