The pictures don’t do it justice as pretty as they are. The space is amazing we had so much room to spread out even with two toddlers a baby a dog and 5 adults. We cooked multiple meals enjoyed many cups of coffee on the porch as the valley lit up. If you’re into birding this is the house for you. We got to see so much wild life! Deer, road runners, hummingbirds etc. I only wish we could’ve stayed longer. Also would like to add the hosts are incredibly generous and responsive. Their home was incredibly clean especially the bathrooms/showers and the mattresses even in loft and bunks beds were comfortable. (Adding because these are the things I wonder about when booking).

We have stayed at this property 4 times and absolutely would book again. Best view in Concan!

Rental of this property is exceptional because the owners are wonderful to work with. Every detail of the property is well thought out and it’s unique setting makes for a wonderful getaway!

Relaxing Stay

Enjoyed our weekend stay at Bethel. The house is great and very comfortable and the view is amazing. My family and I had a great time. Thanks again to Angie and Greg for being great hosts. Looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Awesome location, nice house, highly recommended this place.

We had a great time. The house was perfect. Great location on the very top of mountain with awesome views. Close to town and activities. Fully stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location

Beautiful Location

We loved the location on top of the hill. Very short ride into town for tubing or groceries, and a relatively close to Garner State Park and Lost Maples Natural Area for excellent hiking. The property owners were very good regarding communication and tips for the area. I would definitely stay again!

Romantic Getaway

Breathtaking views and peaceful. We loved our weekend at this house and really enjoyed feeding the deer and hummingbirds. It was a spectacular weekend.

Excellent getaway

We really enjoyed our stay!! There was plenty of cookware, flatware, blankets, pillows etc. the hilltop views were amazing. We had a family of 6, two adults and four children, I would highly recommend this property.

Bethel House on Cat Claw Mt

This place was incredible. One of the most beautiful views I have ever seen in the TX Hill Country. The property owner Angie was wonderful to work with also. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful House & Location

The house and location were awesome! something about being on top of a hill brings peace to your soul. Greg & Angie were great hosts :) they were very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. definitely recommend if you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing and reset yourself kind of stay.

The best of The Frio!

Frio Family Trip

The view from this house is amazing! The house is perfect for a smaller family. We had 6 people and we were comfortable. The house is exactly as it appears in the pictures and is stocked with everything needed for a great Frio river getaway. Close to everything, including general stores, and gas stations. Highly recommend.

Amazing views and breeze

Hosts were super friendly and really went extra mile. Deck and views are amazing. Nice, well outfitted property close to everything in Concan and Leakey. Drought conditions in the area but didn’t impact our stay due to hosts. Recommend!

BEAUTIFUL VIEW AND HOME

We recently stayed at this property and it was AWESOME. CLEAN, All of the kitchen essentials, great barbecue area. Patio makes you feel like you are soaring right along with all the birds! Absolutely no complaints from anyone in our group!! Will definitely make a return trip.
