BeachCrest 403 is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. It has tile floors throughout, an open kitchen, stainless-steel appliances, 3 TVs and 3 DVD players. Relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from your own private balcony.

You'll feel on top of the world in this mid-rise condominium that hugs the Seagrove shoreline, offering private beach access. Ideally located along Scenic Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach, BeachCrest is just minutes from Seaside, Alys Beach, Seacrest, and Rosemary Beach. You’ll find no shortage of options for shopping, dining, and entertainment.

This well-kept 12-story building offers Gulf-front accommodations with one of the best views across all of 30A. Some of the many amenities include natural gas grills, picnic tables, a grassy play area, and Gulf-front pool that is heated seasonally.

Your stay at BeachCrest 403 comes with Xplorie’s best activities! Tee off at Emerald Bay or Regatta Bay, zip through Baytowne Adventure Zone, and sail on the Sea Blaster Dolphin Cruise. Enjoy Big Kahuna’s Water Park, Black Light Mini Golf, and scenic bike rides with complimentary rentals. Explore 30A with ease and adventure!

A Benchmark welcome bag and initial starter kit of amenities are provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

Wonderful beach, poor condo!

The condo was in need of updating! Broken furniture, dirty rugs, just overall in poor condition. The price was too much for the condition of this condo. We have stayed in other condos in this building and they were much nicer!

Great location. Nice condo with a comfortable king bed in the primary bedroom and 2 twin beds in the secondary bedroom. The bathrooms need some updating and attention. We usually bring a small fan on trips in case the bathroom steams up. We did have to use the fan in the doorway of the primary bath, and we had to buy an extension cord to plug it up due to the layout of the outlets. There is also no overhead lighting in this unit. There is a light mounted to the wall which is wired to a switch at the entry, and there is a decorative light strung up overhead above the kitchen table which is also wired to a switch. The rest of the lighting is by lamp except of course for the bathrooms. There have been some updates to this condo, but there are definitely some 80s vibes still hanging on. However, this unit provides good amenities in having 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths plus a washer and dryer, and it's beachfront with perfect view of the Gulf. It is centrally located on Highway 30A which is very convenient for exploring the other beach communities along 30A. And the daily set up of beach chairs and umbrellas for these condos is another really nice amenity. I would recommend this rental, but I will say that there is too much potential here not to do a refresh on the unit.

BED PILLOWS LACK ALOT TO BE DESIRED, THEY WERE VERY BAD. RUGS WERE OLD AND NASTY LOOKING. DISHWASHER ALWAYS HAD A BAD SMELL, I EVEN TRIED TO CLEAN IT THE SMELL WAS SO BAD. THERE WERE NO BLANKETS TO WRAP IN FOR COMFORT, I COULD GO ON AND ON....LOOKINF=G AT THE OTHER ROOMS MY FAMILY MEMBERS WERE IN, I WAS SO DISAPPOINTED IN MINE!!!!

Filthy floors, moldy ceilings painted over. Musty odor. Outdated Refrigerator and range. Grease splashed all over backsplash. Bed frames questionable. Stored dishes and utensils partially washed. Appears to have storm damage, leaks, and other issues not fixed. Sliding screens misaligned. filthy and difficult to move. Combo light/fan fixture in hall bath annoying, should have separate switches.Nice TV, but no instructions to get you to emanual. Nice balcony furniture. I wish the owners good luck in completing repairs and renovations but would seriously consider discontinuing renting until completed. Health standards don’t allow painted over mold, especially if not sealed first.

Could be better communication

The property was nice, beautiful views comfortable beds and well kept however, hard to sleep on sofa bed with no sheets. We reached out at 6 pm as we were making beds for the kids and discovered it was not made. We searched for extra linens which were nowhere to be found. We called the answering service as it was after hours and they said they would contact owners. By 8pm we had called three times and finally the answering service stated they would not be able to help until the next day. What!? No sheets on the bed. Seriously. We did not hear from them until 9 the next morning at which time they told us these things happen. These things do happen and usually someone would offer some sort of discount, free bike rentals, a free pizza or something for our inconvenience of having the kids sleep on a comforter with beach towels for blankets! Not cool for our first night. I loved the place but will find another agency to deal with next time that actually cares and has people available for this type of issue.

Not worth the money

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was not as nice as the pictures. The unit was very dirty. Bug crawling on the sheets under the blanket. Burner on stove did not work. Half the vertical blinds were missing on the sliding glass door. The refrigerator was scratched up. The overall presentation of the unit was not up to date. I spoke to management twice about the situation. Have stayed at this location multiple times in the past. Will not consider visiting Beechcrest anytime soon if ever. Very disappointed with this unit.

UPDATE: The lamps have been replaced and the vertical blinds put back on. The stove is now fully functional again. Pest control has addressed any and all critters. All other maintenance issues have also been resolved. The furniture and ducts have been professionally cleaned. Sincerely, Benchmark Management
