About this property

Private extended balcony overlooking the water!

Unit 1105 is a two bedroom condo, providing a King in the primary bedroom, and both a queen and a twin in the secondary bedroom. Each bedroom has its own full bath. The couch pulls out to make a full-size bed with a gel mattress for more guest accommodations. The living room has a large 50" flat screen with blue-ray player and both bedrooms have 32" flat screens. Cable TV and Wi-Fi is included. A pack-n-play and a booster seat is provided for the convenience of our guests with small children. The kitchen has granite and all stainless-steel appliances. The balcony is one of the few units with the extra-large balcony area for eating at the table while overlooking the water or just for relaxing outside.

Beach chairs/umbrella set ups are NOT included with the condo rental, but we have chairs and an umbrella on our balcony for your use, just please return them so it will be ready for the next guests. There is a convenient door from the balcony right to the elevators so that you don't have to track sand through the unit. For your convenience there is bike rental right in our parking area, as well as many others available close by.

One Seagrove Place is less than two miles from the famous Seaside and Watercolor Resorts without all the traffic and crowds. You will not have to cross a street to get to the beach, you are ON THE BEACH! A short drive to Destin for fishing and outlet shopping and Panama City where the Pier Park area has movie theaters, shopping, restaurants, and putt putt. Within walking distance of some of the best restaurants in South Walton Beaches. National seashores and forests are nearby with hiking and bike trails. Bring your own bike or rent them right next door. Goatfeathers Seafood market is right next door, so you can walk to pick out your fresh seafood.

First time at 30A

Very clean condo, great view, had everything you needed with towels, linens, etc. Owner was very nice and communicative, clear directions for check in/out. Bathrooms were very small, water pressure was poor, no pressure at colder temperatures. Internet/tv was intermittent and spinning.

Winter at the Beach!

Great place to stay - very convenient and you absolutely cannot get a better view! Try The Perfect Pig Restaurant within walking distance, it was 5 star for us.

Seagrove Beach vacation

shortage of linens, only one washcloth for the whole week for two guests. Ran out of toilet paper but called owner and she told us where and how to find more toilet paper. went out and bought washcloths for the two guests.

Excellent condo!

The unit is nicely decorated and very comfortable. The building and facilities are very well maintained and clean and updated. The location is perfect. We loved the extra space on the balcony too! Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect spot

We absolutely loved this property! We had the most beautiful view and the condo was so cute! We loved being able to go downstairs and walk straight out to the beach. Pizza across the street was delicious. Quick drive to lots of food and shops. We can’t wait to book our trip for this condo next year!

Always so fun!

This was our third year here and we always love it! The beach view and the fact you are just steps from the beach can’t be beat. We always make this are first choice in accommodations. The host is very gracious! Well worth the money which is so reasonable. I would recommend it!!!!!

We loved Snooky’s on the beach!

Snooky’s on the Beach was perfect for our summer vacation! The process was quick and easy, the owners were quick to respond to any question, and we needed for nothing. Loved the view and the extended balcony with table for eating outside! Everything was exactly as listed.

Family vacation

The condo and view are beautiful. Communication with the owner was a smooth process. We love this area since it’s a quieter part of Florida. Our only complaint was the construction was loud at times and the beach was not private. However, we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Perfect Beach Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Being this close to the beach/water was key as all of us love spending time at the beach daily. When the tide was high, the pool was not crowded and heated and perfect for us. The property was exactly as listed, Communication was excellent, and we felt right at home. It was such a nice, relaxing break from our normally chaotic lives. Would definitely come back :)

Overall good!

The condo looked bigger in the pictures and it was not quite as clean as I would have liked but bedding was fine. It had a great location and the area is nice. Access to beach is good though it is located in a public area so it was crowded every day. It has an updated look and appliances were in good working order. Parking is good. We enjoyed our trip.

Even better than imagined

Love this unit. Perfect for family of 6. Stylish and comfy. Thought of everything. Super easy check out! Had one blow dryer we shared between bath rooms which is about the only thing that I can think of to improve. One Seagrove Place makes a beach vacation turnkey! Hard to leave.

Beautiful condo

The condo is great! The view is breathtaking. We loved the convenience of being beachfront. We highly recommend this place. The only issue that we had was that the beach is public so you need to get there early to set up if you want a specific spot. We didn’t use the chair service but we set up early and had no issues. Just know that the beach can get very crowded.

Clean with everything you could need

We had the best stay in this unit. We were already familiar with one Seagrove place from staying there the previous year. This particular unit was amazing! It was very clean upon check in. The extended balcony was a huge bonus as we were able to keep our beach items on that side. The views cannot be beat! The access to the beach is a huge plus especially with our littles. We cannot wait to book again next year.

Seagrove One

We had a great trip! We loved The Bay and Shunk Gulley. Our host recommended both restaurants. We would also recommend Old Florida Fish House, and the food trucks were a lot of fun. We loved the pool and the balcony. The kitchen was well stocked and the condo was pretty clean. This was our second trip to 30A and we really love the area! The wifi was a little inconsistent and the closet in the second bedroom was blocked by the queen bed. Thankfully the twin bed worked as a closet for the week. The location was great and we loved being on the beachside. Santa Rosa Beach is a beautiful area!

Great Week at OSP

We had a great week and would definitely return to this unit if in the area again. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and pictures were accurate. Beds were comfortable. Communication with owners was outstanding. Location and view were amazing. Extended balcony was such a great bonus. Being able to enter through the private door with all of our sandy beach gear (and chairs and umbrella provided on the balcony) was so convenient. This really cut down on sand in the condo. Will look to rent this unit again. We love One Seagrove Place and the whole area.

Sound of waves

The condo was the perfect location! New updates are beautiful in both bathrooms! But most of all, the views are extraordinary. The other bonus about the extended balcony are that the design protects from the wind, so even though the temperature was at the season low, we were able to sit on the balcony and enjoy the sun. The property owners gave great tips about the location. We especially enjoyed walking over to the fish shop! Fresh daily and they will even season and steam the shrimp for you, delicious! And then we rented bikes and road along 30a and explored a few of the towns. What a beautiful location!!! We truly enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful and perfect

Everything was great. Quiet stay. Fantastic view of ocean. Place was very clean. My only complaint was the water pressure was low for showers and it would have been nice to have a little laundry detergent for atleast a load or two. But we managed! Would stay again for sure! The beach code people were super annoying. Made us move our tent several days in a row even tho we followed instructions the first time they told us. They make up rules everyday where you can setup on the beach. Everyone said it’s never been a problem until now and everyone disliked them.

Condo great, beach not what we are use to!

Overall experience with the condo was excellent however we have been going to One Seagrove place for many years and this is the first time that the beach was taken over by people that are not staying at the condo. We are very disappointed to find that it is no longer a private beach and the people set up their chairs starting at 4 AM in the morning and then leave and are not even there to enjoy the beach. Unfortunately we will not stay at One Grove Place again due to the fact that you can’t control your own beach space. What’s the point of getting beach side if people that don’t pay for that get your beach space.

Our Nashville family has enjoyed owning unit 1105 for over 30 years. Snooky and her son purchased the condo at One Seagrove place when they fell in love with the beauty of the area. Now many years later, her son Pat and her daughter Genie continue the tradition of having their families and guests enjoy the beautiful beaches of Seagrove.

Why they chose this property

One Seagrove is right on the water, with the bike/running path running right by, allowing safe biking or running for miles, including easy access to the popular Seaside area without the parking hassle.

What makes this property unique

Our unit is one of the few in the building with the extra-large balcony, allowing extra space and room for the table and chairs to dine overlooking the water.
