Loved the views and patio!

Had a great month in Havasu, took some day excursions, spent time on patio in fantastic weather, enjoyed grilling and much relaxing. Walked the island, some biking, rented pontoon, hit the casino.

This property was so convenient to all that LHC has to offer. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The house was comfortable and had everything that we needed for a winter's stay.

2 Month Break from RVing

Enjoyed staying in this roomy home with all essentials met after 5 months on the road. Great views of the sunsets, the lake, fireworks greeting the new year and the over 40 hot air balloons. Neighborhood was quiet and friendly.

First time snowbirds

We enjoyed our stay in this property. It was conveniently located with great views of the lake and mountains. During the hot air balloon festival we had them come right by the house. The beds were very comfortable as was the dining room furniture. We appreciated the availability of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable but we appreciated having recliners.

GOT BLAMED FOR PREVIOUS TENANT BURNING THE COUNTERTOP....AND WE'RE BOTH NON-SMOKERS.

BEWARE – This owner MAKES you take out property damage insurance. Perhaps to upgrade the property? We are both non-smokers. Upon moving out, I mentioned a couple of things, like the dishwasher was leaking, etc. When I mentioned that there were 2 little burns in the counter top, she said that she would claim it against the property damage insurance. I told her we were non-smokers, but that didn’t matter to her. She said her property manager makes a very thorough inspections of the property between tenants (YEAH, RIGHT!!).

The Best Rental in Havasu!

What a beautiful home! Upon our arrival we found the home to be very clean and beautifully decorated giving the feeling of being at home. The house is supplied with all of the necessities a family would need. Outside was a wonderful view of the lake. Of all the places I have stayed in Lake Havasu this is the best and the only one where I'd return.
