QUIET & RELAXING!

Nice home with plenty of room. We felt at home from the start. Allison was a great hostess. Spacious kitchen with all the needed amenities. The house is well stocked and so appreciated!!We definitely want to stay again. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. We loved the flat grill and did all of our breakfast cooking on it.

Lake Havasu 2021

The property was exactly as described. Enjoyed the heated pool when our family was visiting. Some problems did arise, however, the property manager responded in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. We especially appreciate the addition of Direct TV service early in our stay ! EXCELLENT

Our stay at this property lasted 3 1/2 months and we wish it could have been longer. The house is located in an upscale development on the island and is exactly as advertised. Short of some "messy" windows facing the back of the house, we found the house to be very clean and comfortable. Of all the properties that we have rented in the past, we have never found one that was as well supplied as this one... cleaning products, laundry products, paper products, water and ever a few bottles of cold beer!. The pool was nothing but excellent... we were in it daily. There are some issues with the spa as the jets seldom worked but the warm water felt great regardless. There was a "pool boy" who showed up weekly to do maintenance and clean the pool. Our contact person, Allison, was absolutely excellent! She seemed to be available 24/7 as we did have a few issues that came up and she took care of them immediately. Unfortunately, when we inquired about returning next year, the property was already booked.

Beautiful Home away from Home

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at the island house. Everything in the home was meticulously clean, and made our time away from home even more pleasurable. The pool was remarkable, the overall ambience of the property was just amazing. We cannot wait to stay there again
