Villa Alegria is a stunning 5-bedroom holiday home located in a peaceful area of Olhos de Água, Albufeira. This villa has everything your family needs, with ample outdoor space, a large private pool, and a jacuzzi. With breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside and just a 15-minute walk from some of the best golden sandy beaches, local bars, and restaurants, Villa Alegria is the perfect home for your family vacation.



This contemporary villa features free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. Suitable for guests with limited mobility, it includes a wheelchair-access ramp and a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The villa also has multiple entrances and a separate wing for those wishing to enjoy the local nightlife, ensuring that they won’t disturb those who are already asleep.



There are 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double rooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms) and 2 twin rooms, as well as 2 additional bathrooms. The spacious family kitchen is fully equipped and has direct access to the barbecue and outdoor dining area, so you can enjoy summer meals outdoors. The living/dining room is spacious with comfortable seating, television, and leads to the wonderful terrace with views of the pool and the surrounding landscape.



The lower floor offers endless entertainment with a fully equipped games room featuring darts, a pool table, foosball, and ping-pong.



Villa Alegria boasts a private pool and jacuzzi (pool heating and jacuzzi use are optional extras), air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a games room, a beautiful and well-maintained garden, and an impressive traditional Algarve brick barbecue, perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining friends and family in a fantastic holiday setting.



Villa Alegria is located in a quiet area of Olhos de Água, within walking distance of a well-stocked supermarket and a variety of restaurants, cafes, and bars. Olhos de Água beaches are just a 12-minute walk away. Albufeira town, with its colorful marina, charming old town, Fisherman’s Beach, Albufeira Strip, and quality restaurants, bars, and shops, is just a 10-minute drive away.



Car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). 



Group deposit: € 400 per person (payment by credit/debit card).



A booking, insurance and archiving fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking amounts (deposit and final balance), security deposit, transfer, extras and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the security deposit.



Price for up to 10 persons

From the 11th to the 14th person, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.(only € 98 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (infants/toddlers), a cot (only € 21 each, per week)
