Contemporary house (50 m²) quietly located in a new residence near another gîte, tarmac parking space and electric gate. You will appreciate the location of the gîte for its tranquility and its proximity to the town center 400m (and the port) hiking trails 1km (GR 34).

On the ground floor: 1 fully equipped and fitted kitchen that can accommodate 6 guests, 1 living room with 160 cm sofa bed, 1 shower room with Italian shower, 1 separate toilet and washing machine.

Upstairs 1 bedroom with 160 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds.

You can enjoy a covered outdoor terrace of 30 m2.

Your beds will be made on your arrival and we will supply towels and tea towels for your week.
