Ti Kanig - small house in Paimpol

Small 45 m2 house renovated in 2021-2022 in the centre of Paimpol, close to the port, seafront and amenities.
Ideally located for visiting Bréhat, the pink granite coast, walking the GR34 and enjoying the atmosphere of Paimpol.
The house has just been awarded 3 stars in the tourist accommodation classification.
On the ground floor you'll find a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, induction hob, toaster, kettle, pod coffee machine, washing machine, etc.) and a sitting area with sofa and TV.
Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with 1 double bed 140X200 and the other with 2 single beds 80X200, and a bathroom with shower and WC.
Outside, there is a large terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. The house is semi-detached on one side, separated by a palisade.
One parking space is allocated.
Accommodation equipped with Wifi.
All shops within walking distance, market on Tuesday mornings.
A deposit of €150 is required.
Rentals are from Saturday (2pm) to Saturday (10am).

Frederique was a welcoming host who responded very quickly to my queries. The house is attractively furnished, well-equipped and comfortable. We were fortunate in having good weather so spent a lot of time on the equally comfortable and very private terrace. We loved the location; just a short walk to the centre of the picturesque old town and to the port and a good starting point for longer walks. Plenty of beautiful and interesting places to visit beyond Paimpol. Although we were there for 2 weeks, we didn't manage to fit in everything we wanted to do and would love to return. A great holiday!

Klein, aber fein

Sehr schönes und von den überaus netten Vermietern Frédérique und Eric mit viel Liebe renoviertes Häuschen, in dem es an nichts fehlt. Auf der kleinen Terrasse kann man gut relaxen. Zwei Supermärkte befinden sich in der Nähe und durch die schönen Gassen führen kurze Wege zum Hafen. Von daher ist es wirklich empfehlenswert.

Das Häuschen war im Verhältnis zu den bislang gemieteten Ferienwohnung ausserordenlich gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. So richtig zum Wohlfühlen!Die Lage unweit der Fussgängerzone von Paimpol mit kurzläufigen Wegen zu den wichtigsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants etc. ist besonders hervorzuheben.Die einzige für Stadtmenschen allerdings nicht ganz so wichtige Rahmenbedingung ist die unmittelbare Nähe zur Straße, die bei geöffneten Fenstern natürlich eine gewisse Geräuschkulisse mitbringt.Unsere Erholung hat das aber nicht geschmälert.

La maison est tres agréable. Bien décorée du coup on se sent comme chez soi. Très propre ce qui est souvent rare à ce point dans les locations. Frédérique donne toutes les informations nécessaires et est très sympathique. La maison est très bien située, tout est accessible à pieds. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et nous reviendrons.

L'île de Bréhat, la route des falaises, Binic, Loguivy, Perros-Guirrec, Tréguier.......et d'autres. ....autant d'endroits pittoresques avec des vues à vous couper le souffle. magnifiques côtes d'Armor!

Semaine de la Toussaint à Paimpol

Superbe gîte: coquet, propre, très bien équipé! On se sent à la maison! Frédérique et Éric sont des hôtes d’une gentillesse remarquable! La maison est très bien située, aux portes de la vieille ville et à 500m de la gare. C’est très facile de tout faire à pied! Paimpol est une petite ville très jolie et dynamique. Il y a tout sur place et bien sur des balades magnifiques le long des côtes!

La maison est conforme aux photos, décorée avec goût. Petite terrasse bien aménagée. Propreté irréprochable. Emplacement idéal à 5 mn du centre ville. Proche pour découvrir la région (côte de granit rose, Bréhat...). Frédérique et son mari sont des personnes très accueillantes et généreuses avec petites attentions comme les crêpes... Très propre, joliment décorée, très bien équipée, avec petit espace extérieur privatif doté d’un BBQ, Ti Kanig est très proche de tous les commerces de Paimpol. Les propriétaires ont eu la gentillesse de nous accueillir avec quelques spécialités locales (crêpes fraîches, cidre), et mettent a disposition 2 bons vélos. Nous y avons passé une très chouette semaine en famille.

Ty Kanig est LA pepite de Paimpol une maison neuve idéalement placée, rien ny manque, le confort , l' agencement intérieur et la déco sont extras! A l'image de leurs adorables et chaleureux propriétaires Frédérique et Eric qui nous accueillent formidablement ! N'hésitez pas une seule seconde si vous voulez séjourner a Paimpol et découvrir cet port / ville breton absolument charmants et ses environs Ne ratez pas l ile de Brehat évidemment, mais aussi l'Abbaye de Beauport, la visite guidee de Paimpol ( mardi et jeudi a 15h) et le tour en petit train Paimpolais. Marché genial en ville le mardi matin Et... Aller dejeunzr ou diner au Dundee.. The creperie de Paimpol Immense merci encore a Frédérique et Eric de nous proposer leur maison extraordinaire ! Tres bon sejour a Paimpol et au Ty Kanig aux suivants 🤗💝 Françoise 🌺
