Perfect Base for a Family with Teenagers

Beautifully designed, the apartment was ideal for our family of 5 for a 3 night stay in April. Space during the day, comfortable overnight, a little taste of life in Paris.

Sun-filled Apartment in Great Location

The property was perfect ... clean, comfortable, and wonderfully light-filled! The location was absolutely perfect ... wonderful restaurants, shops, and bakeries all within walking distance. We also felt very safe. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are back in Paris

Paris vacation

We were in Paris for a few days for a family vacation. The hosts were informative, communicative, and welcoming. The apartment was clean and adorable. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Welcoming and Beautiful

Anna was a wonderful host, offering a warm reception and a great list of area recommendations. She also offered to help with anything else we needed. Her apartment was beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had a wonderful stay.

Amazing stay!

We spent a week here and had a wonderful time. Our sons joined us for a portion of the week and the apartment was comfortable for all of us. The location is amazing, lots to do, see and eat and we appreciated Anna’s recommendations. The apartment is lovely, beautifully renovated…we loved it! Anna & Christophe are fantastic hosts and were there to answer all questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful week.

Wonderful stay in Paris

This apartment is charming! It is very clean and stylish. It was spacious enough for our family of 5. There are many restaurants and stores in walking distance. Also, the apartment is in walking distance to two metro stations. The owners are very kind and easy to work with. They made our stay special and easy.

Making memories

The location was top notch! Loved being able to walk into my apartment and sit in the quiet but when I was ready to have some fun just a few steps away you are on a beautiful, busy, happy street! The hosts were very responsive and they did an excellent job of renovating a lovely space! Thanks so much Anna!

Piece of heaven

Wonderful welcome by Anna and Christopher making us feel right at home in this beautiful duplex. There is a nice courtyard that takes you to the back of the building away from the very lively street to find this little piece of heaven, where you can find rest and relax. Loved the design and comfortable bed and pretty bathroom. Looking forward to be back soon!

We had a fantastic stay in this beautifully appointed apartment. Anna was a wonderful host, greeting us warmly and providing all the necessary information. The fridge was stocked with homemade jam and butter, and there was plenty of coffee to get us started. A lovely bouquet of flowers added a touch of warmth to our welcome. The apartment was exactly as described, very clean, and perfectly situated for our needs. I highly recommend it, though it's worth noting that there's no elevator, which wasn't an issue for us.

Live like a Parisian

What hospitality, and a nice view to boot! Anna and Christophe were the best hosts and super responsive. Great location for a family of 4 (2 teens). Convenient to several metros, and can walk to Marais or further. Nice look out onto the French rooftops. The stairs were a bit of abhike after a long day of walking, so budget that into your step count.

Charming, romantic with stellar service

The property owner went above and beyond in communicating. She was proactive, responsive, and even provided a detailed menu of local options for eating, shopping and sightseeing. The apartment was super cute and was well stocked with all the basics anyone would need (owner even stocked fridge with milk, butter, jelly, etc). Convenient to two metro stations, lots of shopping and eating options nearby. One of my favorite rental experiences!

Parisian Gem

A truly fabulous apartment, location and hosts. We felt so at home at this super stylish and comfortable gem in the middle of Le Marais. So beautifully furnished and well equipped, it is flooded with natural light from across the rooftops and was the perfect breakfast spot to kick off our day. There is an abundance of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and Boulangeries within 2 minutes. Finding Anna and Christopher’s home really made our Paris visit so special and we tried out all their trip recommendations which we also highly recommend. Stairs and tub for young folks

If you can’t climb 4 flights of stairs with suitcases this is not for you. Tub is the only way to wash up. Just a hose if you shower. Tub is located so I wasn’t able to stand. Had to kneel to rinse off. I would recommend this unit to you get folks. It is a challenge for older people. Owner very friendly and location hood.

Beautiful but a bit noisy

The property is decorated beautifully. It’s in a very young hip location so it’s great for any bars or restaurant as far as walkability Unfortunately we did not get any sleep due to all the noise around us. Between the slamming doors, crying babies and people partying till 4am we couldn’t get any rest. Note that if you are over 5’5 you will not be able to shower and it is very difficult getting up and down the ladder to the main bedroom. Be aware it is on the top floor so bringing luggage up and down the steps is difficult. Also, you cannot use the washer because it had an overwhelming moldy smell. It’s a beautiful place, just not for anyone over 25.

Trés bien située, bien décorée, bien équipée avec matières premieres pour cuisiner.

Acceuil chaleureux, escalier intérieur (la cage de la chambre pourrait-être sécurisée par un peti garde-fou) et une barre métallique fixée au mur serait utile pour entrer et sortir du bain. Un bouquet de fleurs nous attendait sur la table de cuisine (trés apprécié). Des serviettes de qualitée supérieure. Globalement, un séjour dans un lieu comme si nous étions chez nous.

A beautiful place to stay

Staying in this beautiful apartment made for a truly special experience. The space is so thoughtfully designed and served our family so well for our break. Stylish and containing everything we needed for our few days we couldn’t have felt any more at home in Paris. It is well-positioned and we were given some hugely helpful tips by the wonderful host to make the absolute most of our time in Paris.
