Very good Parisian experience!

Very fun stay in the old part of Paris! Easy walking distance to the Seine, the Latin Quarter, Ile de La Cite, Notre Dame, and the Louvre, cafes and restaurants.

Great location

We really enjoyed the space. It was clean, and charming and close to absolutely everything. There are restaurants, bars, the metro, convenience stores, souvenir shops and gallery's all within minutes. The owner was very responsive. We loved our short visit to Paris.

My daughter and I enjoyed this cozy apartment for our Christmas stay in Paris. Everything was wonderful from check-in to check out. The location was perfect. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Also, walking distance to many museums and popular tourist sights. We will definitely be back.

A good time

We went to Paris for three nights and we really appreciated the location of the appartment. You don't have to walk a lot to find a restaurant, a subway entrance, shops, interesting spots... We enjoyed our stay and slept well. It was a good experience.

Great somewhat funky apartment on courtyard in superb location

A fun rather tight apartment in superb location. Limited front bedroom privacy but so what? Could not find outside ventilation access (except open front door) on a very hot day yet it wasn't that bad with bedroom fans and being in the back of a relatively cool courtyard. Would go again.

Great Host, Great Location!

We made some really great memories in this little place. Our host was very responsive to all of our questions and the location can't be beat if you are looking to be in the middle of it all. We mentioned we would have liked a toaster, but it wasn't a big deal to us. He had one delivered the next day! The apartment itself was unique and comfortable. We noticed the ceiling and some areas of the apartment were quite dusty and Mikail was appreciative for the feedback. Would stay here again if ever in the area. Thanks for everything!

Safe apartment in great location!

We enjoyed staying here - great location, felt safe in apartment and closed courtyard area. Lovely main room but the apartment was too small for 2 adults and 2 teens. Husband and I slept under the stairs (literally think of Harry Potter!) for some privacy. Much better for family with little kids or just two adults. Also echo issues with sink in shower (wet socks!) and covering for front door. This place could be excellent with a few small changes and a possibly better setup of furniture/placement of kitchen would give more space - but overall we felt quite lucky to be in such a wonderful, secluded and safe location.

Clean but bijou

Enjoyed our stay, the property was clean and had easy access. We asked for the extra bed to be put up as it was my mum and daughter and they didnt want to share a bed, i flagged this after the stay, with no acknowledgement. I also had to chase the extra person payment refund (they left a day early). Very expensive although i doubt its any cheaper anywhere else. We were off the street so not noisy, very quiet tranquil courtyard. However when you go out on the street, its busy and dirty. Very similar to Soho in London really. Great location for Louvre, Notre Dam and much much more. The apartment itself was a converted shop or stables i think, no privacy at all but its quaint.

Perfect for a couple and two kids

This property can be reached through a secret blue door that is hidden in plain sight along a busy, cobbled side street replete with fun restaurants and strolling pedestrians. You will walk past it a couple of times, wondering what you're doing wrong on Google maps, and suddenly you'll realize it's right there. The blue door opens into a really cool courtyard that feels delightfully spacious and hidden at the same time. The apartment itself is nice, especially the main bedroom, and the shower/toilet/kids bedroom is through a cavelike tunnel. Space was small, but not too small. Was an easy walk to the Louvre, Notre Dame, and the RER B St Michel station which takes you to and from CDG. The same train in the other direction is a straight shot to Versailles. Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Thanks Maikel.

4 days in Paris

This was our first time in Paris. The location was close to everything. The bathroom area was a little odd with our teenage son and would have liked a curtain to close off the entire bedroom to the kitchen or a better curtain on the door. There was a motion detection light that would go off and pointed towards the bedroom. All in all we liked our stay.
